Chapter 474 - Chapter 258.1 : Battle Begins!!

Ian let out a sigh.

He had originally planned to end Kaido-sensei's reign with a grand, earth-shattering war—a perfect conclusion to his final days in power.

But the result was… this.

Yamato and Hancock were simply too serious.

Or perhaps, the difference in strength was just too overwhelming.

That was why, with just himself, Yamato, and Hancock, victory was already within reach.

Well then… it should be about time, shouldn't it?

Ian stretched lazily before springing up, landing on the shoulder of the now-massive Surtur.

The golden flame giant rose into the air, charging straight toward the two monstrous figures clashing atop the ruins of Onigashima.

He didn't care about the battles that were about to break out across the frozen plains. Ian's focus was only on the final battlefield.

On the icefield—

Hancock gazed at the massive brachiosaurus charging toward her. A cold smile tugged at her lips.

Ignorant fool.

"Little brat, take this!"

Queen, completely consumed by rage, had no idea what Hancock was thinking. All he wanted now was to reduce this annoying woman to a pile of burnt ash.

"Love-Love Beam."

Hancock unleashed her signature move once more, waves of heart-shaped beams cascading over Queen.

But this time, it was different.

"Muhahahaha!"

Queen burst out of the pink radiance, completely unscathed, laughing wildly.

"Your tricks don't work on me anymore!"

His mechanical eye allowed him to completely ignore Hancock's beauty.

Without the power of charm, her "Love-Love Beam" meant nothing.

"Muhahahaha! Take this, you brat!!"

His left arm, tail, and braid all opened fire at once—three colossal energy cannons blazing.

Three massive beams roared toward Hancock with overwhelming force.

Boom!!

The beam crashed into the ground, and in an instant, a deafening explosion erupted.

A massive fireball expanded to hundreds of meters, and the violent shockwave that followed swept across the battlefield, sending countless pirates flying.

Even the thick, solid ice beneath their feet shattered apart, with enormous cracks spreading in every direction.

"Ohh!! What an outrageous display of power!"

Facing the raging winds, Solem turned to his old friend beside him. "Himir! Do the cannons on your armor have that kind of firepower?"

"Not even close," Himir admitted with awe. "That beam cannon of Queen's must be the new generation model."

His own equipment was starting to fall behind.

"Muhahaha!"

Queen laughed triumphantly at the destruction he had caused. "Did you see that, brat!? This is your—huh!?"

The thick smoke from the explosion suddenly scattered, and a dark figure shot forward like lightning.

It was, of course, Hancock—completely unscathed.

"You've got to be kidding me! What are you, brat—made of steel too!?"

Queen roared in frustration. "Go to hell already!"

The cannons thundered again!

Beam after beam of blazing light fired in rapid succession, each one aimed at Hancock.

But it was pointless.

The beam cannon's speed was indeed terrifying, fast enough to tear through most opponents.

Yet Hancock only needed to be faster than Queen's aim.

She moved like a phantom, flickering back and forth, and in the blink of an eye she had already closed in on him.

"Don't underestimate the close-combat power of a dinosaur!"

Queen felt insulted.

Sure, everyone knew he was the world's number one scientist—but when it came to hand-to-hand combat, he considered himself only second in the whole world!

"Sparkling Heavy Punch!!"

Flames erupted violently from Queen's mechanical left arm as he threw a powerful punch straight at Hancock.

Hancock only sneered.

A worthless fool.

"Perfume Kick!"

Trailing a streak of jet-black lightning, she launched herself into the air and unleashed a fierce flying kick right before Queen's bewildered eyes.

The supposedly indestructible mechanical arm, reinforced with Armament Haki and crafted from solid metal, should have been harder than steel.

Yet in that instant, before it even touched Hancock's high heel, the arm twisted out of shape and exploded.

Conqueror's Haki Infusion?

The thought flashed in Queen's mind the moment the invisible force slammed into his face.

What?!

No way…

It's bad enough Ian is a monster, but this brat too?!

His thoughts ended there as his face caved in, his bloated body spinning like a top as he was sent hurtling toward the sky.

"Idiot."

Hancock slowly retracted her leg, spitting in disdain.

As expected—other than Ian, all men deserve to die!

The scene rewound just seconds earlier, when Queen's attack first began.

"Flame Emperor!"

From the sky, King—having canceled his transformation and returned to human form—hurled down a massive blazing fireball.

But that blazing sphere of destruction was shattered in an instant as Yamato swung her club upward with a single strike.

Amidst the scattering flames, Yamato leapt forward. "Uncle King! You can't beat me anymore!"

Her speed was terrifying. In the blink of an eye, her kanabo was already crashing toward King. "Glacier Fang!!"

The heavy iron club dragged a streak of white lightning as it tore through the air.

King showed no fear, drawing his sword to meet the strike.

The blade was wrapped in brilliant flames, reminiscent of Ian's flaming sword, Laevatein.

But in the next moment—

Though he was Lunarian, a man who commanded fire itself, King suddenly felt a chilling cold that pierced him to his core.

He couldn't help but shiver.

Then, there was a crisp crack.

King's eyes went wide—his sword had snapped in two!

Against Yamato's iron club, it had shattered like glass, clean and decisive!

How was this possible?

This blade was a famous sword forged by Kozuki Sukiyaki. It wasn't on the level of a Supreme Grade Sword, but it was still a rare, fine blade.

And with his mastery of Armament Haki, how could it break just like that?

Once you knew it was given to him by Mahā, you'd understand why his beloved sword was so easily broken.

When Yamato's iron club struck his chest, his eyes immediately rolled back.

The flames behind his head still roared, and the Lunaria Clan's impenetrable defense had not disappeared.

Yamato's strike hadn't deformed his body.

But a thick layer of ice instantly spread over him.

And this ice seemed to seep from within his body.

Yamato's lips curved into a smile.

Injecting the terrifying freezing power after combining two colors of Haki, then using the internal destruction technique of Armament Haki to drive it into the enemy's body.

Even the top Haki masters would struggle against such overwhelming freezing power!

"Uncle King, fall to me!"

Encased in ice, Uncle King plummeted like a meteor, crashing headfirst into the icefield below, creating a huge crater.

"Done!"

Yamato landed lightly, a cheerful smile on her face.

"Was that just one strike?"

Law looked at the grinning Yamato and couldn't help but sigh. "That was Mr. King of the Lunaria Tribe, you know."

These two women were already absurdly strong.
