Initially, when Phantylia suggested making a deal, Bochang held onto the hope that Tingyun might still be alive. He pinned his expectations on Xianzhou Luofu, but Fu Xuan's message revealing the discovery of Fox Lady's remains shattered those hopes.
With twists and turns, Bochang found himself once again relying solely on Phantylia.
Returning to his bed, Bochang glanced at the water stains left by Sophia on the floor and thought, "The Eyes of Charm is potent, but...will it work within my spiritual world?"
After some consideration, Bochang decided to give it a try, feeling optimistic about its effectiveness.
He closed his eyes.
Once again, Bochang's consciousness entered his spiritual world.
In the past, he would not have been able to access this realm so effortlessly. However...
Since Phantylia merged within him,
entering his spiritual world became as simple as drinking water.
Gazing at the significantly enlarged azure flame, Bochang activated Fu Xuan's Great Array, forcefully rousing it.
Phantylia emitted a pained sound, saying, "Wh-what... what are you doing..."
"I'll ask you one last time, where is Tingyun?" Bochang looked coldly at Phantylia.
Seeing the serious expression and hearing the icy tone, Lord Ravager felt somewhat apprehensive inside.
"Damn... Why has he suddenly become so assertive? Could it be related to Tingyun... Curse it, I intended to conceal this for longer."
Phantylia's mental activity intensified.
Bochang stated, "Won't tell me? Then taste this move!"
Their gazes met.
An imperceptible pink glow merged with the azure flames.
"Ugh... What is this...?" Phantylia's voice abruptly shifted tone.
Bochang confirmed that within the spiritual realm, his Eyes of Charm remained potent as ever. A peculiar sensation began to spread through Phantylia's mind, one she had never experienced before.
What has he done to me?
Initially, Phantylia expected Bochang to activate Fu Xuan's array against her. Instead, he employed a technique completely unfamiliar to her.
This complicates matters now.
Bochang knew Phantylia was taken aback, but he wouldn't resort to punishing her using the Great Array—not yet, at least.
That would be ludicrous.
After all, Phantylia served as Bochang's reserve energy source, and it took him half a day just to restore some of her strength... Another punishment could easily render futile the efforts made earlier.
Each activation of Fu Xuan's array inflicted damage on Phantylia, necessitating time for healing afterward.
It would only force Bochang to expend even more time on her recovery.
This was precisely why Phantylia had been so fearless earlier.
But now...
Bochang unleashed his Eyes of Charm.
Inducing Phantylia's heat phase wouldn't cause significant physical harm; instead, it primarily torments her mentally.
Of course...
Given Phantylia's current fragile state, even with Eyes of Charm, he couldn't overuse it too frequently. Otherwise, there was a risk she might not survive.
"Oh...ahh...my body feels so strange...so uncomfortable...how peculiar..."
The seductive blue flame continuously struggled within the Sheep Talisman's magic power.
Bochang silently observed Phantylia.
In no time, that mesmerizing blue flame began emitting streams of blue plasma, much like Sophia's trail of moisture on the ground.
As for how long Eyes of Charm could sustain its effect, Bochang wasn't sure, making this an opportune moment to observe.
"You've...done something terrible to me... Stop! I confess, I'll tell you everything."
Filled with shame and indignation, Phantylia couldn't endure for even three minutes before pleading for mercy.
"Speak," Bochang commanded.
"Tingyun... Tingyun was injured by me and abandoned on a planet called Jarilo VI. Now... now I don't know if she's still alive..." Phantylia revealed an unexpected answer.
Bochang exclaimed, "Ah?"
While Xianzhou Luofu was indeed close to Jarilo VI at present,
it came as a complete surprise that Phantylia had actually discarded Tingyun there. This revelation was utterly shocking.
Bochang pressed further. "Why did you throw Tingyun onto Jarilo VI?"
"Because... because leaving a severely wounded person on a primitive planet to slowly await death is more tormenting."
"Do you remember the exact coordinates where you left her?"
"I just tossed her randomly; I don't know the coordinates..."
Bochang fell silent.
It seemed unlikely that Phantylia was lying under these circumstances.
Bochang sensed that under these circumstances, she had no reason to deceive him.
"Alright," Bochang sighed softly.
He proceeded to ask several more questions about Tingyun.
Bochang then directly exited the mental space, leaving Phantylia's echoes lingering deep within his consciousness.
During the early hours of dawn, March 7th had repeatedly milked him like a dairy cow.
Currently, Bochang didn't have many worldly desires, and with Phantylia reduced to just an energy form, there wasn't much visual appeal either.
There was no need to linger inside her presence.
However, her sultry voice could still be somewhat tolerable to listen to.
Bochang returned to the real world.
Phantylia exclaimed, "Y...you're breaking your word! Why haven't you stopped yet?!"
"When did I ever promise to stop? Besides, I don't even know how to halt it. You'll just have to bear with it for now," Bochang replied nonchalantly.
And so...
Phantylia alternated between vehement curses and soft moans in her mind.
Ignoring the voices in his head, Bochang gently touched the still damp bed sheets.
Last night, there was heavy rain outside and light drizzle inside; even after so much time, the damp bedding remained wet.
Bochang decided not to dwell on such trivial matters anymore. He had already made up his mind to search for Tingyun on Jarilo VI.
"Now that I've finally received some leads, it wouldn't make sense not to pursue them."
He took out his phone and posted in their group chat about heading to Jarilo VI. After giving Pascal a few instructions, Bochang used his teleportation ring to contact Pela, the intelligence officer of the Silvermane Guards.
As usual, the response was swift. Shortly after sending his request, Pela agreed.
With a blinding flash of white light,
Bochang traversed vast distances
and arrived directly in Belobog.
It was currently nighttime here.
The chilling atmosphere, though still present, felt less intense than before.
Pela, dressed formally, sat in the living room. As Bochang materialized amidst the white glow, he greeted her, "Good evening, Pela."
"Good evening, Bochang. What brings you here this time?" Pela's round face held a serious expression.
