Each issue of the journal will be included in the library, but aside from that, any valuable content is not restricted.
Doesn't this give mages who join other schools quite an advantage?
By mastering much magic knowledge that the Source of All Magic doesn't have, can't they publish many papers to earn arcane points?

Moreover, in some sense, this is a good thing for the Source of All Magic.
