Basically, only mages, star realm sorcerers, and a select few extraordinary professions have the ability.
Though Lis had just entered the Star Realm not long ago, after integrating the knowledge obtained from Mr. Stephens, he had become quite familiar with it.
Even so, Lis remained cautious.
