Rongyue City is a typical county city in Great Qin.
Located within Xianping County of Jian'nan Dao, the city contains seventeen districts, each with just over twenty thousand people, and four of these districts remain uninhabited.
It covers a considerable area, yet due to its distance from the central shops and medical clinics, few live here, with a population barely over three hundred thousand, far from comparable to Liangzhou City.
Its bustling life centers in the heart of the city, with four city gates facing each direction, each gate linking to a main street, forming a cross at the center, making the four districts at this intersection the most prosperous, with wine flags fluttering and vendors aplenty.
