Mei Weiya headed straight for the beast tide with the Night Owl.
Their main objective was to investigate the situation and, if possible, attempt to resolve the source of the beast tide.
"Your Highness seems quite interested in the transformation of Dragon Calamities into evil dragons?" during their flight, the Night Owl asked.
"Such techniques, which transform other life forms from the inside out, are Forbidden Techniques. It's best not to get too involved."
"Hmm," Mei Weiya said noncommittally. "I'm just looking."
Transforming life forms is intolerable to the Gods, but this path, taken to its extreme, also leads directly to the Great Dao.
Just like the 'Three Disks Skill' from an Exotic Realm she had chanced upon, which spoke of Heavenly Spirits and Earthly Fiends and was, in theory, capable of infinite transformations.
Once mastered, the path to the Fourth-tier would be wide open!
