"Mr. Chen, you're not a police officer?" Tang Nuonuo looked at Chen Yang with disbelief.
Chen Yang nodded with a smile, "Yes, I was only there to help that day. I'm not a police officer."
Seeing Chen Yang nod, the incredulous look on Tang Nuonuo's face deepened.
"You're not a police officer, but you're so skilled, really?" Tang Nuonuo said, skeptical.
Chen Yang chuckled again at her words.
"Who says only police officers can be skilled? I'm really not one. I've just learned some techniques. Dealing with a few petty thieves is not a problem," Chen Yang replied with a smile.
After Chen Yang repeatedly confirmed that he wasn't a police officer, Tang Nuonuo finally believed it.
"Haha, alright, I always thought you were a cop, but it turns out you're not," Tang Nuonuo said with a smile.
"Hmm."
Chen Yang responded with a simple 'hmm' and didn't say more.
