Although the vast Nine Domains is home to countless Heavenly Gods, and the legacy of skills and magic is as numerous as cow hairs, most of these skills and magic are mediocre at best. Even when a Heavenly God performs them, they appear plain and dull. In battles between the same tiers, when magic power is equal, there are only three key factors that can truly influence the outcome: first, battle consciousness; second, combat experience; and third, the strength of the skill.
These three complement each other without a strict order of importance. If one party in a battle possesses a significant advantage in any of these areas, the outcome of the fight is almost set in stone.
