A group of people raced along the vast banks of Lian Nan Lake and soon plunged into the swamp on the opposite shore.
Entering the swamp area, Hai Ge finally felt at ease. The most dangerous part of the Lian Nan Lake region was indeed the lakefront stretch, where the unobstructed view made it easy to be spotted.
Now, deep in the swamp, hiding was no longer a problem, and the risk of exposure was significantly reduced.
As before, Hai Ge led the way, avoiding the territories of powerful demon beasts and minimizing combat with them as much as possible.
"Do you know where there's a heap of demon beasts?"
"What for?" Hai Ge, while discerning the footprints left by the beasts to judge their strength, asked, "Are you not tired carrying her?"
