"Don't leave me, Xi Ge."
"Let's go home... go home."
"Don't..."
"Xiaohan? Xiaohan? What's wrong with you?"
"Xi...Ge? Who's that?" The person in white listened in utter confusion.
"Is he having a nightmare? I'll go get a doctor, you keep an eye on him." Saying this, the person in white dashed out of the ward.
"Xi Ge... don't."
It seemed he really was having a nightmare as the person in white had said; his pale face was covered in cold sweat.
"Xiaohan?"
"Xiaohan."
"Wake up."
Qing Yi called to him repeatedly, each call louder and more anxious than the last.
"Xi Ge!"
Mu Han shouted loudly, his eyes suddenly snapping open.
The bloodshot eyes were filled with terror and fear.
"Xiaohan." Qing Yi exclaimed with joy.
But soon he couldn't be happy anymore.
He watched Mu Han stare blankly upwards, unresponsive, not even blinking, his heart filled with dread again.
"...Xiaohan?"
He tentatively called out to him.
"..."
"Xiaohan, don't scare me, look at me."
