[59 Days Before The Awakening]
"Welcome, everyone," Klaus said, scanning everyone in the room.
After taking in every face, he started to speak.
"As you all know, in 59 days, Earth will undergo a trial that promises our ascension or destruction." He paused and smiled, "though the latter seems unlikely, considering we have capable men and women like yourselves.
That said, before everything begins today, I will explain what this awakening is, what it means, and what it means for this world, and then what odds we will be going against."
Everyone paid close attention to what Klaus was about to reveal. They knew for a fact the coming battle would be a dangerous one, and so they had to be prepared.
Unlike Magnus's time, when everyone thought the awakening was some higher calling, the people of Earth saw it as a threat, and so they started preparing.
