This is clearly an excuse.
No one would go to such lengths to find Mu Tan just based on hearsay.
If not for a deep connection, it wouldn't make sense.
"Mr. Chang Nian Bu Ju, where did you hear this from? From us? Or from your side?" Luo Yang asked curiously.
"Mr. Luo, I have other matters to attend to, I'll leave first and talk next time." Chang Nian Bu Ju stood up to leave.
Luo Yang quickly pulled him back and sat him down.
"Mr. Chang Nian Bu Ju, don't rush, have a couple of drinks first. You haven't finished looking at my Mu Tan. I mentioned there's one piece you want." Luo Yang said.
After hesitating for a moment, Chang Nian Bu Ju reluctantly sat down again.
"Mr. Luo, please bring your Mu Tan so I can have a look." Chang Nian Bu Ju said.
"Mr. Chang Nian Bu Ju, don't rush. It's mealtime; wouldn't it be better to eat first and then take a look? Is half an hour that important?" Luo Yang said.
Having a meal really doesn't take too long.
