It wasn't but a few months later when Night Silver felt a surge of power coming from the same individual as 300 years earlier. You can't be serious. Using that spell on that scale, again?!
Issanth noticed the look in her wife's eyes. Something happened… "Sil, what happened?"
"That idiot mother of yours decided to cast that spell again. Only this time, it feels way stronger, and far more stable."
"You're serious!? But my mother has worked with you for hundreds of years now. There's no way she'd just unilaterally decide to do something like this."
"Whatever it was that led her to do it, she's declared war on the world. Though something else feels off about it this time… The spell is too perfectly executed, and I doubt she had more chances to practice it." Night Silver focused, and then looked at the reincarnation of her lover Undine, now named Temptus. "Anastasi, Do you think it's possible for a dragon to reincarnate?"
Anastasi gulped, seemingly coming up with the same thought of her own. "So long as the soul is intact, even if damaged, it should be possible to go through reincarnation." She answered, paused for a moment to see her wife's reaction.
Night Silver curled her lip and bit down, grimacing with a furious expression. "It seems that the reward will have to wait for a little while longer. There's an Emperor in need of punishment."
"If, if that's the case, it makes sense why mother would act so rashly. If my father has actually returned to the realm of the living… I can't imagine he'd be even slightly pleased about what he sees. I'll help you fight him-"
"No, You and Anastasi are still pregnant. I won't let you fight right now. Brighty & I will handle them…" She looked up to the sky, seeing the very man she spoke of, returning after sensing the very same thing she did.
"Sil, the last time we met with this situation facing us, It was against my brutish uncle. Now, my father has returned and must be dealt with again."
"Are you prepared to fully end this issue?"
"It would be best if we can spare my mother. My father's soul is unique, even with a large difference in their power, it's entirely plausible that he would have the ability to sway her decisions against her will."
"I'm still going to kill her a few times for this transgression. Perhaps it will strengthen her will power."
Soon, after feeling their summons, the eldest children of Undine, Night Silver, and Brightness, arrived in force. Each of them were extreme forces of nature in their own right. And now it was time for them to pick up the slack.
"Children, this fight I'm heading into, it will leave me unable to assist our beloved people. The enemy has summoned another group of players from my old world, and they are now out there, somewhere in the world."
"You're not to engage them in combat unless they cross into Tus Nadair."
"Tus Nadair will serve as a perfect sanctuary for all people who seek safety. However, they must come in through the proper channels. So I'll need a few of you to take my place in the welcoming ceremony for a little while. You may do what you see fit to resolve the situation."
Telam being the more down to earth type realized the gravity of the situation. "Mother, do you have any other instructions?"
Night Silver shook her head. "None that need be said." She smiled. "However, I'll say them anyway. I love all of you, and regret the need to send you into possible combat, so, come back alive so we can nap together again."
Night Silver, for the first time in a rather long time, equipped her most powerful equipment. The strength of her aura enhanced quite a bit. This was her in her full majesty. The strongest player in Yggdrasil, fights once more. She and Brightness launched off the ground at high speed, quickly disappearing from sight, even from the eyes of dragons.
"You know, Sil, you're looking sexy in that."
"I know, you better be prepared to see just how strong I really am. I've yet to fight with everything I have, without transforming. I'm taking that emperor down first. The bastard actually tried to lick me…"
"I see, so you're happy he's back then?"
"I did think it was a shame that I didn't get to kill him a second time. But it would have been far too dangerous to do it back then. Now, I will ensure vengeance for all women!"
"I'm glad we found each other, I love you Sil."
"Don't start speaking nonsense now, but yeah, I feel the same. I love you too."
…
After the departure of their founding deities, Tus Nadair, a nation that had constantly been preparing for such scenarios, began their evacuations from the surface. In a calm and orderly fashion, the people went through the proper procedures filling the massive underground safe haven's floors with a bustling life.
This wasn't to say that there weren't already people living everywhere, just that more appeared and thus the floor's procedures changed straight away. Distribution of food, work, and all manner of necessities. After all, life still must go on even under threat, no one could do anything without food… And having a safe place to go back to was helpful.
If anything was annoying about this particular situation, it was the bath houses. Since space was limited, the dividing line for men and women was rather thin, and on some floors it was nonexistent. Though, this very quickly became a none issue when people realized how little it mattered in the end. Go in, get clean, get out or socialize.
…
Nations around the world were confused, they had received a message from Tus Nadair warning them to prepare for catastrophe, and that safety can be guaranteed by Tus Nadair, within their borders.
Though, the nations far away didn't heed this warning at all, opting to see it as a means to steal their citizens. Thus, they ignored it. Some nations understood the gravity of the situation. Even so, Argland Council State, and Slane Theocracy, both completely ignored it. The Elven nation within the forest had gathered all of their people, and cast a huge barrier around their main city, after having all elves enter the city and the underground shelters.
…
It didn't take long before one of the nations, extremely far to the east… Fell, in a matter of hours. Survivors reported bugs, huge bugs and a big laughing one.
