Just as Rolaff raised the cup, the secretary behind him trembled all over, his face turning ashen with fear.
"That's right, I just remembered something," Ailock suddenly looked as if he'd had a revelation.
Everyone looked at Ailock with confusion, not knowing what he had remembered.
"Xiao Zhong, haven't I taken my medicine yet today?" Ailock turned to his secretary.
The secretary's mind raced, but he remained calm, replying, "Oh no, it's my fault, Chief, I forgot to bring it."
"You, you," Ailock looked at him with some disappointment, then turned to Rolaff, "Let's call it a day, I need to go back and take my medicine."
"You can send someone to fetch it, no need to go back in person. Let's sit and enjoy ourselves today," Rolaff said warmly.
"No, I'll leave it for another day, not feeling well today," Ailock said while standing up and walking out.
Rolaff followed behind him without stopping, and the two of them went straight out the door.
