Maxwell made sure that his sweet, worried, anxious Andrew got fresh flowers every day after that. After seeing how the man had lit up and then collapsed at the sight, Maxwell's backbone had hardened. His man was going through a difficult time, and unlike Maxwell, he was not thriving on the idea that his family would dare to come and crash their wedding.
Maxwell relished the idea that his family would even attempt to do so. Maxwell planned to beat the shit out of them if they tried. Andrew was more…delicate. He didn't want to have to resort to violence if he didn't have to.
The Beckett family was busy sharpening knives and buying silencers. Andrew's family, the family heavily impacted by their actions, were busy drinking tea and talking about their feelings.
