"Not good!!" Raditz's body instinctively sent out a strong danger signal. He quickly turned around and assumed a defensive stance, just as Frieza's powerful attack was unleashed.
'KABOOM!!!!' A beam of devastating, limitless destructive energy erupted instantly, swallowing Raditz's body completely.
Witnessing Raditz being utterly consumed by this terrifying energy beam, everyone watching the battle was terrified.
"That Raditz... did he die?... Damn it!!!" Vegeta, outside the battlefield, was stunned.
There was no way Raditz could still be alive after being bombarded by energy of that magnitude.
They, the Saiyans, were truly finished this time... This Frieza... was unbeatable!
"Bro... brother!!!" Goku let out a furious roar. The intense emotional shock caused him to uncontrollably transform into a Super Saiyan. He was itching to charge forward immediately and take revenge on Frieza.
Just as Goku was about to erupt into a rage, Talot placed a hand on his shoulder. The powerful grip made Goku's body shudder, restoring a fraction of his rationality.
"Brother Talot... I..." Though stopped, Goku struggled to contain his rage. With no outlet for his fury, he could only cast a pleading look toward Talot.
"What's the rush? Raditz isn't someone who can get taken down that easily. Just keep watching," Talot explained.
Hearing this, the anger in Goku's heart dissipated significantly. He shifted his gaze back to the battlefield in the sky.
Was his big brother, Raditz, really still alive?

In the sky.
The explosive flames dispersed, revealing a heavily wounded Raditz to everyone.
His battle armor was completely destroyed. His muscular physique was covered in deep, bone-deep wounds.
Even though he had mobilized all his energy at the critical moment to form a Ki Shield, Raditz had still sustained massive injuries.
Yet, these injuries failed to completely crush him. Instead, they further ignited his fighting spirit, causing the aura erupting from his body to grow even more powerful.
"Hoh? I'm surprised you blocked that. I released that previous attack fully intending to kill you," Frieza said, his crimson eyes scrutinizing Raditz up and down. He crossed his arms, in no hurry to attack.
This current Raditz was a force at its end. He might not even need to lift a finger; in a few more minutes, he would likely die from excessive loss of blood.
"You think you can kill me?!" A blazing fire burned in Raditz's eyes, and a blood-red murderous aura erupted from him once again.
"HRAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!" Raditz recklessly pushed his aura higher. His aura expanded abnormally, a powerful pressure sweeping outwards like a tornado, forcing Frieza back several dozen meters.
"It seems you're planning to stake everything on one final gamble. But no matter what you do, it's all futile," Frieza sneered, completely disregarding Raditz's last outburst.
This level of energy was still far from being enough to threaten him.
As energy erupted, the muscles bulged all over Raditz's body, veins covering his body, making him look as fierce and terrifying as a demon climbing its way out of the abyss.
He spread his hands open, crimson-gold energy spheres jumping in his palms. As he brought his hands together, the powerful energy spheres merged into one, their destructive power escalating to a new level.
Raditz drained the very last dregs of energy from his body, pouring it all into the destructive energy gathered in his palms.
"FINAL • SHINING——BOMBARDMENT!!!" Following Raditz's crazed shout, a beam of crimson-gold lightning energy, like a roaring dragon, shot straight towards Frieza.
"Is this your final attack? The power is indeed decent, but unfortunately, it's still not enough." Frieza maintained his arrogant posture, arms crossed, a constant cold sneer on his lips.
Just as this immense Final Shining Bombardment was about to engulf him, Frieza moved.
Ice-blue murderous aura flowed around his body. Frieza kicked upwards, directly sending the crimson-gold energy beam soaring into the sky.
Raditz's all-or-nothing Final Shining Bombardment was effortlessly neutralized by Frieza just like that.
The immensely powerful energy sphere broke through Earth's atmosphere and reached outer space.
'KABOOOOOM~~!!!!'
An incomparably powerful explosion spread through outer space, horrifying to the extreme.
A blinding white light enveloped the entire planet, lasting a full half-minute before completely fading.

At this moment, time seemed to stand still. A sense of impending death washed over him. Raditz wanted to dodge, but was powerless; his body had reached its absolute limit. It seemed everything was already decided.
