"You… you said you went to the Sacred World of the Kai?! Then that means… you met Lord Supreme Kai?!!" North Kai asked, completely losing his composure.
He had never imagined that Talot would accidentally end up in the Sacred World of the Kai.
Even though he had suspected Talot might've gone to a realm beyond the reach of the Kais, he hadn't considered the Sacred World of the Kai.
That was a divine realm unreachable even to Kais like them, including Grand Kai himself.
"Yeah, quite a bit happened, so I ended up getting back late…" Talot slowly recounted everything that had happened in the Sacred World of the Kai to North Kai.
Meeting the East Supreme Kai, learning about Majin Buu, pulling out the Z Sword and releasing the Old Supreme Kai, then unlocking his potential, and nearly becoming the next Supreme Kai apprentice.
After hearing Talot's story, North Kai was frozen in place, utterly stunned.
Especially when he heard that Old Supreme Kai had taken a liking to Talot and that he had nearly become a Supreme Kai apprentice. He was so excited he could hardly contain himself.
After all, this was his disciple. If Talot became a Supreme Kai, even if he ended up outranking him in the future, North Kai didn't mind at all.
Because that was a Supreme Kai!!!
One of the highest gods in the universe, and only the God of Destruction could compare.
Though the God of Destruction is far more terrifying...
"You little brat, why did you refuse? Do you know how rare this opportunity is? As a Saiyan, this is the highest honor, something that's never happened before!" North Kai lashed out furiously upon learning that Talot had turned down the chance to become a Supreme Kai apprentice.
Any master would be angry, wouldn't they?
His disciple had finally reached the peak, only to reject it and step down on his own.
"You know my personality. Naturally, I don't like being bound... Besides, my goal is simply to become stronger. There are still many things I haven't done. If I became a Supreme Kai, I'm confident I could become the strongest of them all, but I also know there would be many things I could never do again." Talot said.
After hearing this, North Kai more or less understood Talot's reasoning.
All he could do was sigh.
He truly did understand Talot.

North Kai shook his head. "It's not Frieza. It's King Cold! Just one day ago, he began mobilizing both the Frieza Force and his own Cold Force on a large scale. It seems he's deliberately merging the two forces together. Additionally, there's involvement from Cooler Force as well."
"You mean Frieza is still staying hidden, but King Cold is starting to make moves, trying to reclaim the throne of Emperor of the Universe?" Talot said.
"Exactly. After all, that old man's strength shouldn't be underestimated anymore. I remember I already warned you about him last time." North Kai reminded.
"He trained on their home planet for one or two months. If he didn't grow stronger, that'd be pathetic. With sons like Frieza and Cooler being so outstanding, their father naturally wouldn't be far behind." Talot casually responded.
