Yueyao and Mingzhu didn't take the incident of beating people to heart. After playing outside and getting tired, the group returned.
In the evening, a young servant stumbled in and said, "It's not good, a group of people outside are shouting and fighting."
Mingzhu, extremely angry, laughed instead: "How dare they come to us with violence? Come, give them a good beating." She was always the one bullying others, never had she been bullied.
Before long, Xiang Wei came in and said, "The leader is the nephew of Jiangnan Provincial Governor Lord Zeng. He is now tied up. How should we handle this?"
Mingzhu frowned; dealing with the Jiangnan Provincial Governor was indeed tricky.
Yueyao, however, calmly said, "Let their people go back and send a message, ask Lord Zeng to come personally to take him away."
Mingzhu hesitated a bit. The one causing trouble was just the nephew of Lord Zeng, not his own son. Would demanding an apology be accepted?
