Luo Xiao glanced at her from the corner of his eye, his gaze soft. He didn't answer, and as he pulled away Tong Ran's hand, his body just so happened to block the bedside lamp.
Ding Dong—
"Big Brother Luo, going out now will only make things messier," the doorbell was still ringing, and Tong Ran knew that, given Mo Nanjue's character, if he saw what was happening, things would likely go south. She grabbed him again, "Wait for me in the living room, I'll explain everything to him, and he'll believe me."
Luo Xiao still didn't speak. He held his right hand behind his back, leaning his body slightly backward, then stuck a small white spherical object to the inner wall of the bedside lamp.
The object was small and light, almost transparent white. Unless someone knew to look for it, it was virtually invisible.
