Lin Da followed the main city gate and made his way into the palace interior.
The inside was paved with deep green tiles, the walls illuminated by blue candlelight, casting a dim and eerie glow.
The vast palace was completely devoid of people.
His footsteps echoed throughout the hall, cold and unsettling.
Lin Da gripped the Sword of Brave tightly, advancing cautiously.
At the end of the palace stood a black throne.
A crimson carpet stretched straight from the grand door to the throne.
Stopping ten meters away, Lin Da shouted, "Demon King, come out and face your end!"

The echoes layered upon themselves, like the cries of a bird eternally trapped in a labyrinth.
