Before the Four Cities Competition, everyone's opinion of An Xuan, or rather An Jing, was nothing more than seeing 'a challenging' competitor, an unexpected genius from the Wilderness.
Most people wouldn't think they could be stronger than An Jing, but many had their own self-esteem as geniuses, believing they were just lacking in some opportunities. Overall, they felt they could still converse with An Jing on equal terms.
But now, look, just look.
Everyone present, whether they were Heaven's Chosen emerging from the common people, or descendants nurtured by major families; whether they were ordinary citizens without any lineage, or direct descendants of Primordial Spirit Venerables.
Regardless of whether they were dissatisfied with this world, or content with it; whether they bore a blood debt of their parents, or lived in relative peace and happiness.
