Unlike the Concentrated Divine Intent, which does not inherently possess power, the Fate Pattern is born with a certain amount of power. Inside, it also carries either a Divine Skill or a cultivation technique. Even the weakest Mortal Fate, upon awakening, can grant the holder extraordinary special abilities.
Divine Intention requires the holder to draw Spiritual Energy themselves, while the Fate Pattern inherently has the ability to absorb Spiritual Energy and can filter Demonic Qi, giving rise to an endless array of wondrous abilities, far surpassing Divine Intention.
But in essence, they're the same.
Divine Intention is just like a miniature adolescent version of a Fate Pattern.
Heaven's Will is stronger, possessing unlimited power, capable of using the whole of Embracing the Void as a target, granting each eligible person their corresponding Fate Pattern!
