I just don't know how occasional this "occasionally" is.
At his peak, Giggs was one of the best wingers in the world. The current wingers, even without mentioning speed, typically don't have Giggs's footwork prowess.
This trait is equivalent to adding a buff to the left-wing teammate.
Even if Ribery plays on the left, under this buff, he would still show improvement. In terms of speed, Ribery surely can't compare to the young Giggs. A sudden acceleration during a sprint would leave the opponents questioning life.
Trait: Left Wing King (Giggs) — When sprinting down the left, your speed and ball control improve, shooting accuracy increases, and body balance enhances.
