After Joseph finished giving instructions regarding the Irishmen, he suddenly remembered something else:
"Right, the Boulton-Watt Company should be about ready to wrap things up. The British Government must be short on money lately, so let's add some more pressure on them."
Lavallette immediately bowed and said, "Yes, Your Highness."
As for the Boulton-Watt Company matter, the Security Bureau had long since laid out a full plan according to the Crown Prince's instructions; now it was just a matter of executing it step by step.

In the extravagant and sprawling experimental workshop on the west side of the city, Watt's ears were spasming from the shouted slogans and horn blasts drifting in from the street.
It was a parade protesting the skyrocketing price of sugar.
Watt turned and roared at a technician nearby:
"Stuff every window crack with paper! Now!"
The technician hurried off, head low, and called for the other technicians to block the windows.
