In the twisted space, there stood a square pillar-like building. At the top of this stone pillar was a pointed roof supported by several round stone columns. This structure was none other than the ultimate sanctuary of the Black Moon Outpost—the Bell Tower!
On the reality plane, from such a distance, it was impossible to see the form of the "Holy Hall," the Quantum giant clock, in the Bell Tower. But the dark and oppressive atmosphere was vividly depicted.
The fine, dense curtain of rain, the damp, dark ambience, and the low black clouds that seemed almost to crush the top of the Bell Tower's spire...
In the hollow area at the top of the Bell Tower, Night Watchman-02 was leaning against the Quantum giant clock "Holy Hall," overlooking the location of the Celestial Sphere.
"Rumble—rumble—"
Pure white lightning tore through the night sky, and the whole world turned black and white for an instant, yet the light did not fall upon the face of the Night Watchman.
