The look in the eyes of the black-clad assassin was terrifying. Zhan Fengdi took three steps back in fear, but she had no chance to speak as the assassin swung the knife and advanced on her.
Each strike was ruthless and deadly.
Zhan Fengdi, heavily injured from a previous battle with Ou Lan, had not fully recovered. She was no match for the black-clad assassin, and after dodging a few strikes, she quickly became overwhelmed.
In the end, the assassin kicked her into a corner of the wall, and the knife followed viciously down towards her.
"Ah!" Zhan Fengdi thought she was doomed. Resigned to her fate, she covered her face, wanting to die with some dignity, to avoid injury to her face.
However, just as the knife tip broke through her clothing and skin, the assassin's phone rang, and the tip stopped just outside her heart.
The assassin answered the call and surprisingly withdrew the knife.
Zhan Fengdi, narrowly escaping death, gasped in terror.
