Such an opportunity, naturally, Maitreya Buddha would not waste.
After pondering for a moment, Maitreya Buddha quickly came up with an idea.
Dealing with Xuanzang and his group was immensely difficult, but handling a small White Mouse Demon was much easier.
No need for his subordinates to act personally, to avoid a killing calamity; just secretly inciting a few other demons to act would suffice.
Soon, under the covert instigation of Maitreya Buddha, a rumor appeared on their Journey to the West for Scriptures.
