And then, the next day, Roxas and his group set out to Batangas City, the second leg of their journey-trip to Cavite. Because this will traverse through the Bicol Region, the trip was long and took 7 hours in Ricardo's semi-slow multicab. Kaota also come with them as well. But despite 7 gruelling hours of travelling through winding roads, all of them had arrived in Batangas City's bustling downtown at approximately 2:10 p.m., and Roxas and his group, who had lunch halfway through their trip, were tired and wanted to rest up and recharge at a local hotel for one night.
But this was worth it because by 3:01 p.m., all of them went out to go around Batangas City, including gazing at its main port. Roxas gave out short explanations about it to Kaota and Anko, who now knew that Batangas City's pier was one of Luzon's main gateways for travelers going into the big island and its major cities. Anko really liked how Roxas knows about it very well, for he had went there many times in the past as a regular routine for vacations. Also, Kaota had struck a friendship with Roxas' family and Ayala.
