Although they hadn't known the rules of the Katanamanship spar and had initially been confused about why Anthony and Warlord Raelith suddenly stopped at the same time, Anthony's earlier statement about blocking or parrying clarified everything for them.
Still, that didn't remove the weight of their emotions. Being defeated by a junior wasn't something one could simply brush off.
"It seems my son wins this round," Mitchelle said, her gaze turning to Warlord Raelith.
Warlord Raelith instantly froze. Without hesitation, he bowed and apologized. "I apologize if I crossed any lines during the spar, Supreme Monarch."
After all, he had actively been trying to injure Anthony in front of his mother. But Mitchelle merely waved it off and responded,
"It was a spar, one Anthony himself proposed. It wouldn't have been a true spar if you held back because of my presence."
