The Earth Dragon coldly looked at Tsunade and the others as it explained just how terrifying the Sea Serpent truly was.
The Sea Serpent's core body was composed mainly of steam and seaweed. As long as it remained in the ocean, it could regenerate regardless of how thoroughly it was destroyed. It was, in every sense, immortal.
Hearing this, Tsunade and the others looked grim.
An immortal monster of such size—no matter how you looked at it—was a catastrophe.
Everyone had already witnessed its horrifying power.
The overwhelming tsunamis, the massive destruction—how many lives had it claimed?
Add to that the Earth Dragon's battle, unleashed due to some organization's agenda, and the consequences were catastrophic.
On their way here from their respective villages, they had passed through endless scenes of devastation.
The land had split open, the plains had become oceans, and corpses lay everywhere in sight.
And this was just the first encounter.
What would happen next time?
Would they just let everyone die with no way to stop it?
"Is there really no way? No way at all to completely destroy the Sea Serpent?" Jiraiya asked, unwilling to give up.
"If there were," the Earth Dragon replied coldly, "I would've already wiped it out."
"Unless you can evaporate most of the ocean, there's no way to completely eliminate it."
That response crushed the last shreds of hope in them.
They couldn't even begin to imagine what the future might hold.
"The only thing you can do," the Earth Dragon continued, "is minimize damage while I'm fighting the Sea Serpent. You seem to possess great power—perhaps you can manage that."
With that, the Earth Dragon began moving off in a certain direction.
"Where are you going?!" Tsunade called after it.
"To find a place to rest. I'll return when the Sea Serpent reappears," it replied, without even turning back.
"Can you tell us more? We want to understand more about the Sea Serpent… and about you."
Tsunade did her best to remain calm, trying to communicate.
"I'll talk to you after I've found a suitable place to settle."
After saying that, the Earth Dragon disappeared into a deep crevice in the earth, burrowing underground.
Its enormous body triggered another wave of tremors, causing further collapses in various areas.
"We should go help the survivors first," Mei said after thinking for a moment.
That was, indeed, the only thing they could do for now.
They created numerous shadow clones and spread out to rescue as many victims as they could.
The arrival of the Sea Serpent and Earth Dragon had lasted only a short while, yet the devastation they left behind was beyond comprehension.
At this moment, many people finally understood the true horror of an SCP.
Naruto: Granny Tsunade, what now? The Earth Dragon is tunneling underground.
On the screen, the Earth Dragon's movements were being broadcast. As for the Sea Serpent, it was just a mass of seawater with no visible activity.
Tsunade: We'll have to wait until the Earth Dragon finds a resting place. Then we can approach it again.
Nick Fury: So, how do you plan on containing something like that?
Jiraiya: We can't. Sea Serpent or Earth Dragon—both are far beyond our ability to contain. It's impossible.
Bruce Wayne: Then you're just going to let them roam free?
Tsunade: Of course not! The only thing we can do now is monitor them.
Tony Stark: Hey, maybe you should try cooperating with the Earth Dragon. Like it said—minimize the damage from their battles.
Sengoku: Cooperate? With a monster that size? Everything it does is a disaster!
Tsunade: We're still thinking about it. I don't like it either, but there's no other option now.

They did everything they could to find the living and cremate the dead to prevent the outbreak of disease.
"ROOOAAAARRR!!"
Suddenly, the roar of beasts echoed from afar.
It immediately drew their attention.
In the distance, several C-Virus Mutant Beasts were rampaging through the wreckage.
And it wasn't just the Mutant Beasts—many corpses and animals infected by the C-Virus had started mutating, transforming into zombies that now wandered aimlessly.
"What the hell is going on?! Why are there Mutant Beasts?!" Jiraiya shouted in shock.
Jiraiya: Orochimaru! What did you do?! Why are Mutant Beasts and zombies showing up all over the place?!
Orochimaru: Hey now, don't pin everything on me. I didn't release them.
Tsunade: If not you, then how did this happen?!
Orochimaru: Don't forget, plenty of nations and villages have bought Mutant Beasts and C-Virus from me. Maybe the earthquakes damaged their facilities and let the beasts out, along with the virus.
Orochimaru: Heh, I wonder just how much chaos that'll cause...
Ay: You're kidding me! This is happening now?!
Ōnoki: Damn it! This is all your fault, Orochimaru!
Orochimaru: Oh please, why don't you blame the lords who bought them? I didn't force anyone to make those purchases!
Jiraiya: Forget arguing—we need to act fast before this gets worse!
Diana: My god… you really can't catch a break, can you?
Clark: If I were in your universe, I'd definitely be helping you.
Tsunade: Talking won't fix anything. We have to protect our world ourselves.
Gen: I hope you succeed.

Tsunade and the others quickly moved out to eliminate the Mutant Beasts and zombies that had escaped.
The Mutant Beasts were actively spreading the C-Virus with every move.
With so many corpses everywhere, the number of zombies continued to grow.
If it were the old days, even with ninjutsu, it would've been nearly impossible to contain such a widespread zombie outbreak.
But now, thanks to the power of the Phantom Beast Fist and the fact there were no civilians nearby, they could go all-out and deal with them in large numbers.
However, that wasn't the end of the crisis.
With the destruction caused by the Earth Dragon and Sea Serpent, combined with the chaos of the Mutant Beasts and the C-Virus outbreak, many villages—and even small countries—were showing signs of collapse.
What would become of this world? No one could say.
In a remote region, one of Jiraiya's shadow clones hovered above the devastation, calmly observing the carnage.
But instead of fear or reverence… a smile of excitement played across his lips.
