'They're the same with that scene,' she thought as she remembered her dream journal, which was composed of images and brief descriptions.
The image of the hallway before the shadow came… she drew that because the scene was peaceful. However, instead of an otter, she drew a rabbit because she felt that was more appropriate in that scene. It was symbolic of how she felt then, but it also captures the scenery she saw in the dream.
On the following page, she knew she sketched the shadow's blue eyes. They were sharp and determined, but she combined them with the dripping blood on the hallway, making it look like the shadow was crying blood, because that's the feeling she got when their eyes met.
In the succeeding pages, she drew the complete dream.
It was several pages of depiction, because the dream felt so vivid, so real…she remembered she woke up in tears, paralyzed.
