However, before he could even raise his guard, shadows howled next to him.
Cersei Lannister, the Shadow Queen, blinked near Mang Jian and fired her Mana-Engineered Pulsars, two blobs of blue light leaving the guns with loud bangs.
The MEPs were two extremely potent pistols, shaped like Desert Eagles, and carried ten rounds. They were synthesized by Okabe, Mayuri, and Orochimaru, using Kaiju Blue as the basis, under Kai's orders, before he had gone to the Fate timeline.
These bullets not only damaged MP, but they also directly attacked one's Spirituality.
Kai had been refraining from summoning the Book's Characters because it would have been pointless, what with Mang Jian reading their Intents. If even Ad Infinitum and Lucky Intuition failed to outsmart Sento, then less needed to be said about the Summons themselves.
However, Eon Soul Dew changed everything, turning the tables instantly.
Uxie was a Psychic-type Legendary Pokemon, whose soul Kai had consumed with Eon Soul Dew (Corrupt) on Island X during the third stage of the Tournament of Worth.
It held nearly no great, flashy offensive power.
However, Uxie shone the brightest in the field of minds.
After realizing that Mang Jian was still accessing the Intents generated by Ad Infinitum and Lucky Intuition, which he had hidden behind Calm, Kai had begun thinking of the reason at the root.

This was only the beginning of the Blind Executioner's suffering, the cursed, corrupted poison, jointly concocted by Kai, Orochimaru, and Mayuri, corroding him from inside.
Black and Yellow-colored bolts of lightning sundered the entire Vault as the Emperor and the Queen resonated their Haki, taking turns attacking Mang Jian.

Kai lifted Supreme Kanshou and Limitless Bakuya Overedge and struck.
Two swirling pillars of black-white flames slithered out of the swords and reached Mang Jian, tracing the Sealing Tree of Death on his body.
