"How can such a thing happen?" Duan Jia Xu kicked open the door of Luo Qingling's office and rushed inside the room.
"Jia Xu, calm down," Xue Shen , always the pacifist chased after him and tried to calm down the mer but Duan Jia Xu was too far gone to worry about anything or anyone at the moment. He stormed over to where Luo Qingling was sitting and reached out to grab her collar. His actions were so swift and precise that even the bodyguards didn't have time to react but when they tried to make a move, Luo Qingling raised her hand and stopped those three women.
She said to him, "This is something that logically should not have happened, given that I have sent a bunch of bodyguards to make sure that my sister will remain safe and sound."
