I slowly open my eyes, wondering if i'll see something horrifying, when I open it I saw a blue screen, it say [You are chosen to be a ▢▢▢▢▢]

I got annoyed, so I tried to hit the screen, but then I realized that I didn't have a hand. I panicked and tried to call the ambulance, but then I looked around and saw pitch black everywhere
I can feel my arms are still there, I can feel them moving and can try pinching myself to wake me up, nothing happened only the feeling of my harm hurting, but I can't see them
