This year, visiting Bai Cheng'an's mother at the cemetery was arranged with Aunt Tang Xi. Bai Cheng'an and Qian Sisi arrived a bit earlier and waited in the parking lot of the cemetery for a while before Tang Xi arrived late.
Tang Xi had a cold, wrapped in a thick coat, with a hat and mask, showing rare dark circles under her eyes, looking not too energetic.
Qian Sisi supported her as they walked up the winding steps of the cemetery, with concern in her voice: "Auntie, if you're sick, you should rest well at home. Just let us know, there's no need to come today in such cold weather. What if your illness gets worse?"
Tang Xi smiled slightly: "I'm not that delicate! Besides, I lay at home all day yesterday. Today seemed just right to come and take a walk, and get some fresh air. It's fine."
Then, Tang Xi turned around and asked Bai Cheng'an, who was carrying the offerings behind them: "Where's Momo? You two are out, what about him?"
