After Bai Cheng'an proposed, they set the wedding for March of the new year.
The upcoming New Year and the post-holiday wedding kept Bai Cheng'an and Qian Sisi incredibly busy.
Bai Yumo was also changing by the day. Currently, Miao Peiqin and Qian Guozhong had to watch over him; otherwise, the lively little guy would crawl off to who knows where in no time.
They had arranged to spend New Year's Eve at the Bai Family's old house. Miao Peiqin had prepared an assortment of cured meats and New Year's goods early on, for Qian Sisi to bring to the Bai Family. Before Qian Sisi and Bai Cheng'an set off, they received a call from Bai Cheng'an's Aunt Tang Xi. She said that the custom wedding dress was ready, and asked Qian Sisi to come try it on, to see if any adjustments were needed. She also specifically asked Qian Sisi to bring the child along, as she hadn't held Bai Yumo in a while and missed him dearly.
