It's 'Magic' itself.
Magic, Nano Magic Elf, was originally technology from Earth-0. It exists in this world too, but has been restructured, viewed microscopically, it's a completely different creation, ultimate magical technology.
Yet researchers have still found traces of technology left by PANTHEON within, which enabled them to understand the local magic formula structure and carry out analysis and reverse research on Golems.
It's almost certain that this local magical civilization developed on the basis of PANTHEON magic code, or at least was influenced by PANTHEON.
Thus, initially, the VK Group believed this Earth was also the base of the Legion, the stronghold of PANTHEON.
But there's one element that doesn't match.
