Zhang Hanqi never thought of using the System's power; he repeatedly preached to the Reincarnation Organization about how the System might be an evil conspiracy that could jeopardize their goals or even their lives.

Unlike the Reincarnation Organization, which only recruited the Deceased, Zhang Hanqi recruited all Humans, including some subhuman species. In Zhang Hanqi's view, as long as one is Human, they can be redeemed. Subhumans also belong to the large Domain of Humans; they just mutated due to certain reasons, with gene evolution or regression, or slight deformities. They are still objects of unity and salvation, which means they are still Human.
