Loyal organizations use fighting, saving the world, and purifying the world as their ladder to ascend.
The two deceased organizations are not in an adversarial relationship, but they do have issues with each other. However, they do cooperate at times. For instance, when the Reincarnation Organization encounters large-scale bloody battles, they call upon the loyal Brotherhood team for assistance, and when the Brotherhood faces bizarre events, they sometimes seek help from the Reincarnation Organization members to solve problems using their System's power.
After all, they are fellow travelers climbing toward the world of the living, and there is no animosity between them.
