An LUO base, Animare Ocean
This is Animare Ocean. This sea was known for having a different texture from the rest of the world, the looks also shifting with the atmosphere and looks of the people that have crossed the sea. It was like a sea of animation, and whoever came through would be blessed with this prophecy that was spread throughout the world. A few miles away from where it began sat one of many LUO bases, where Notch and Princess Layla currently were being held alongside the LUO Generals.
A door connecting the rest of the base and where the Dreamalian duo slowly creaked open, and Sarath could be seen walking alongside a quiet man who examined Notch's face from top to bottom. "Vice Captain," Sarath asked, "Are you sure Itsura is going to be okay once he meets with the boss?"
The vice captain slowly lifted his glasses down to show his eyes, the only thing sounding in the room was the crackling of the fire in the fireplace. "I do not know. He has failed to catch our targets multiple times, so the only thing I can guarantee is that it will be more severe than any punishment he has faced before."
Sarath gulped. He then took a slight glance at both Layla and Notch, not hypnotized by Tofura in any way, but just kneeling on the ground with a fearful expression glimmering across their faces. "Our organisation is growing. After we fully overtake Nahata, we'll be able to dominate the world without any worry," the vice captain told Itsura, patting him on the back.
Outside the base was a giant ship with about 10 occupants on it, one of them slowly putting on their hoodie as they glanced at the LUO base. "So, this is it," the voice asked Daniel, one of the former members of the League Of Heaven. "You're an idiot! If you barge in that base like your personality says you'll do, we're all going to get knocked out of the sea!"
"Don't tell me what to do," the hooded figure suddenly retaliated. "Remember, I'm the one who helped you escape the Land Of Trila, isn't that right?" They stuck out their hand, and the flow of lightning began to course through it. "If they take something from us, we're going to take ten times more from them."
Due to their location in the world, the lightning slightly changed to a more cartoony look, causing another person on the ship to burst out laughing. "You look like you're in a Tom and Jerry episode, you big idiot!" he laughed, slamming his hands down onto the floor. The figure grumbled at his subordinate, pressing off of the bow of the ship and pacing himself across the rough, animated waters.
Volume 12, Chapter 16 - When A Story Ends, A New One Begins
"The courtyard of the base has been infiltrated by enemies!" a soldier rushed down to inform Rashak, the vice captain that was accompanying Sarath in his check on the Dreamalian duo. "None of you generals have to help me fight," he informed Sarath, who looked at him with a glance of offense. Rashak smiled back at Sarath before he scurried onto the roof of the base, almost instantly noticing their target continuing to soar across the lifeful waters. He passionately pointed his finger right out towards the man. "Enemy has been spotted at 6:00!" he hollered into the radios. "FIRE AT WILL, DO NOT LET HIM GET AWAY AT ANY COSTS!"
Machine guns stationed around the base began to whirr as they smoothly followed him across the ocean. "You guys are using machinery to try and take me down!?" he complained, soaring down from the sky for a few seconds to put both of his hands on the water. "Seems like Rashak The Coward is here, eh?"
The electricity rapidly traveled through the water, leading up to the heavily fortified base and causing all the lights to go out, along with all the machine guns that surrounded it to self-destruct. He took a few steps on the water, using his speed to bolt up from the bottom of the base straight to the top, where Rashak was waiting for him. "Champion!?" he exclaimed in shock, noticing his iconic daredevil-like smile. "Out of all LUO bases you could've chosen to infiltrate, why did you come here out of all places!?"
Champion watched as Rashak started to build up his power. "Spirtual Arrows," he memorized from watching Rashak train as a kid. "Depending on the fighting spirit and life force he has inside him, he'll be able to lock those arrows onto me right when he shoots them." Rashak smiled. "You're still doing that thing where you think of how to dodge attacks!?" he complained. "You haven't changed since you were a kid, have you!?"
Four arrows came bolting right towards Champion, and he used his lightning to freely fly through the sky as he frequently glanced behind him to make sure that they were at least more than 10 feet behind him. "Word says that you came back home just to break into Pyron's underground prison, is that correct?" he asked right off the bat.
A few seconds passed, followed by a sudden sound of satisfaction from Rashak. "Seems like you've found it out. Not surprised, but your prideful personality is going to be the death of you!"
Champion smiled at Rashak before using his lightning to explode the arrows in midair, followed by a quick glance up at the sky. "Seems like the weather is in my favor," he said to Rashak, his heart dropping as his body slowly resorted into pieces that redirected him to a cloud. "You're really going to use this move on me!?" he exclaimed in shock, pressing off of the rooftop and bolting up into the clouds to try and terminate Champion's ultimate attack before it even happened.
However, he was already too late - the entire sky turned green, and the wind speed continued to exponentially increase along with the buildup of Champion's immense power. "Arthur, don't make me have to kill you!" Rashak boasted, looking back at the base to make sure it would be fine due to the blast.
However, he couldn't have been more wrong - the green ray of lightning slammed straight into the base, creating a crater of foot-tall waves that led away from the sea-based settlement. "The Titan Of Lightning - Resurrection!" screamed Champion, exploding the cloud he had used to create the giant blast seconds after it had engulfed the entire base, which was now engulfed in flames. Rashak slowly fell from the sky as he looked at Champion, who spread his hands out right in front of the moon in relaxation. He then zoomed back down towards the base, taking an orb that had been heavily guarded by the now unconscious soldiers.
Champion took a glance at Rashak, who was still confused on how he had been taken out. "Sorry, Rashak, but even though we have a deeper connection, you're still my enemy - and enemies like you deserve to be punished."
A tear dropped from Rashak's eye, then a giant splash signaled the collision with his body and the ocean. Still holding a bunch of life force within him, he looked at the distorted vision of Champion hovering over the moon as he continued to sink. "This isn't over, Arthur Suru," he said inside his mind before his eyes had fully closed. "I'll come back better than ever."
