No one knew if it was a blessing from heaven or not.
In the middle of the night, it started to snow.
Ye Zao did not like to sleep with a charcoal brazier in the room and did not allow the floor to be overly heated.
Thus, on this night, she felt cold as she slept.
Instinctively, she snuggled towards Fourth Master, waking him up in the process.
He opened his eyes to find her having rolled right into him.
Then, he realized something was wrong; she was rather cold, half of her body was cold.
Thinking about it, even if it was cold outside, it shouldn't be this cold, right? Fourth Master looked at her and found it both amusing and exasperating.
This little fox, how did she end up rolling herself like that? Right now, she's nestled against him, with her head buried under the quilt, sleeping soundly yet one leg hanging out in the cold.
No wonder she felt cold; she must have been kicking off half the quilt while she slept.
She doesn't like being held while sleeping.
