I opened my eyes to be awaken in a strange place. I tried looking around but noticed my body was acting strangely and unfamiliar, next to me was a baby with blonde hair and blue eyes with whiskers on his face... he was quite a blubber.
* 'At that moment I couldn't have begun to imagine what laid ahead before me.' *
Looking around I noticed I was in a cradle, prompting me to look at my body. I was a child, a newborn baby to be precise... it astonished me because I knew that I died, that feeling of losing oneself drowning in pain and agony could never be faked. But how do you explain this?
'I died... but now I'm in a baby's body and he seems like a twin. I'm a go with the flow type of guy, I could live with this if it means I get to continue living.' (Osaze)
* 'I would soon regret every optimistic thing I said on that day.' *
"Lord third. what do we do with these two misfortunes?" (Leaf ninja)
"Yes Hiruzen, what are your motives with the Jinchuriki kid and his brother? The way I see it; Either we kill the child or lock him away only to see the light to defend the village against any attackers or invaders." (Homura Mitokado)
"I agree, and we'll either banish or use his twin as insurances to make him obey our command. He is of no use to us anyway." (Koharu Utatane)
"Hmm.... Do you have anything to add Danzo?" (Saratobi)
"What was lord fourth wishes after before his death?" (Danzo)

Hearing what sounded like a debate in a foreign language, Osaze fixated his body to try and get a better understanding of my situation... after a few attempts he was able position himself but what he saw baffled him. There were five people in the room, four men and one woman... they were wearing some strange outfits it felt like they dressed up and was rehearsing for a play of some sort.
But that wasn't the strangest thing in the room, one man had on a ninja outfit and if looks could have killed... I might have been died a long time ago with how he watched me in his eyes were pure malice which is strange since this should be the first time we meet.
What really caught Osaze attention would be the emblem imbedded on the wall so boldly. Anyone would know what that emblem meant for it represent the Hidden Leaf Village but that's not possible.
* 'But how could I refute what's in front of me.' *
"He wanted his children to carry on his will of fire and live on... to do what they wanted in life." (Saratobi)
"He had fate Naruto would be able to take control of the power sealed within him, as for Menma... he at least would be able to live a somewhat ordinary life after all he's got nothing special about him as yet." (Sarutobi)
"SO! ... What are you going to do?" (Koharu)
Silence was amidst the air as everyone awaited Hiruzen response, it felt like a debate determining the life of millions of people. Stroking his beard, he pondered the pros and con of the topic at hand... then looking at the ceiling he reflected what his answer might result later on in life then answered.
"I'll obey his wishes. That my answer." (Sarutobi)
Shock could be seen on everyone's face in the room the two ole goons (Koharu & Homura) tried to change his mind, but he was persistent with what he said leaving them to stop after a while.
* 'This was the beginning of my journey... the beginning of Menma.' *
'Uh, isn't that Danzo and Sarutobi... from Naruto. And the two ole goons are from the elders in the show, but they look a bit younger... wait a second they are younger but who's the lackey giving me that look.' (Osaze)
'He doesn't look familiar, so I guess he's not important. OK! So... Hidden Leaf emblem, foreign language, strange outfit, ninja guy, blonde kid blue eye, and characters from Naruto. Doesn't take a prodigy to figure out this situation... Reincarnation, I died and reincarnated in Naruto.' (Osaze)
"Then I request to look after the second born child." (Danzo)
With that sudden request Danzo garnered everyone's attention especially Saratobi, nobody could figure out why he wanted the second born and not the first. He pondered and wondered but couldn't find an answer to his question, so he asked.
"Why the second and not the first? What do you plan to do with this child once you get him?" (Saratobi)
"I plan on training him to be his brother shadow and if needed be he will sacrifice himself for the village and his brother, while also keeping watch on him." (Danzo)
"WHAT! Have you lost your mind? He's lord fourth child... is this how you'll repay his sacrifice by using his son like that? Why should I grant this? Give me a good reason Danzo... because, what your planning is inhuman, he's an innocent child." (Saratobi)
"I don't need a reason; the fourth has many enemies both inside and outside the village, the beast responsible for the lives lost is sealed in that lil brat and everyone is aware of it. for his father sacrificed himself to seal it within him. The way I see it their both screwed." (Danzo)
Although cruel everyone present knew he was right and couldn't find fault in what he said, what can they do the world is a dark and cruel place? But the world of a shinobi was even worse, it was killed or be killed; Its where the strong prey on the weak and at the moment they were weak.
