The filming was taking place at Hengdian. On the neighboring set, a crew was filming a night scene, and the father-daughter duo looked on curiously.
"Oh no, the child actor isn't feeling well. We might not be able to shoot today."
"Then what are we supposed to do? We've been busy all day just for this scene!"
"I'm out of ideas. Her parents are taking her to the hospital, so there's no way we can film."
The director was furious, but he couldn't do anything if the child was unwell. "Go find me someone!"
The assistant was bewildered. "But... how are we supposed to find someone at this hour?"
The director, angry enough to kick someone, exclaimed, "What kind of place is this? Are you telling me there are no actors available?"
But it's tough to find a child actor at this hour, the assistant thought. You can't just hire an adult to play a child, can you? Besides, most kids are asleep by now…
