That was one of the main halls of the Spirit Race, enshrining the ancestral spirits and containing many of the race's barriers and formation mechanisms.
Of course, those mechanisms were intricate and couldn't be activated or closed by one person; it required the joint effort of dozens of clan elders.
The clan elders hesitated slightly, but dared not disobey, and followed Bing Ning into the grand hall.
"Hmph, do you think it will go as you wish!"
Suddenly, a cold, eerie voice boomed, and the hall exploded with bursts of dazzling golden light.
Boom!
With a loud explosion, dozens of clan elders were instantly slain by an ancient and mysterious force. Their blood and flesh soared, gathering in the sky above.
There, a shadow that should have dissipated manifested, revealing a sinister face.
