Yu Yao has already woken up. A nurse had just fed her some porridge and was now helping to wash her face.
"Haven't seen you for a while, how did this happen?"
"Just an accident," Yu Yao replied softly, "Didn't expect you'd remember me."
Turning her eyes, she noticed the open door and turned her face to see Moses. Her pale lips immediately curved up.
"Are you alright?"
Moses stepped inside, shaking his head towards her.
Seeing him, the nurse hurried to stand up straight.
"You two chat, I'll go wash the bowl!"
Nodding towards her, Moses walked over and sat beside her, staring at the girl's frail little face, and the man frowned.
"I'm sorry for getting you into this."
"Why say that," Yu Yao gently shook her head, "Clearly, I got you hurt."
"They were after me, it has nothing to do with you."
Yu Yao's gaze fell on his wound, then moved back to his face.
