King Chu gazed deeply at Linglong.
His large hand suddenly reached out to tear off Linglong's veil. Linglong, being a well-trained secret guard, knew King Chu's intentions from the slightest movement.
Realizing King Chu intended to pull off her veil.
Linglong instinctively blocked his hand. King Chu immediately noticed this, and his gaze turned from gentle to one of icy coldness, "You're not her!" he stated with certainty.
King Chu once again reached for Linglong's veil, "Who are you?" King Chu's moves were fast, and Linglong's skills were no match for King Chu's. Within a few moves, Linglong was unable to hold her ground. Afraid of attracting the guards just outside the carriage, leaving her with no chance to escape at all.
So, after blocking another move from King Chu, Linglong seized the opportunity to throw a packet of yellow powder from her sleeve towards King Chu. What Linglong threw was a packet of knockout powder.
