Chapter 870 - 11

Harry sat in Dumbledore's office and he was tired neither him or Luna got any sleep although considering his constant nightmares ever since try 3? Or was it 4? Not sleeping was kind of a blessing.

"So, Harry, my boy, what happened?" Dumbledore asked.

Harry sat back in the chair, resting his eyes for a moment, taking what would later be called a micro-nap.

"Harry?" Dumbledore repeated.

Harry jolted awake. "Ah, sorry, I was resting my eyes," he stated.

"That's alright, Harry. I'm sure you had a long night," the old man said, motioning for Harry to continue.

"Right, well, Luna sat down next to me and said some stuff no one should know," Harry said.

"That is indeed odd, but please, don't stop. I'll motion to you once I have a question," Dumbledore said.

"Right, so, in response, I asked the blonde girl if she was a seer. The response I got was 'Everyone has eyes; it's not my fault I'm the only one who uses them,' or something like that. So much happened that I can't really remember it fully at the moment," Harry stated.

"What happened?" Dumbledore asked.

"I got married, I think?" Harry said, sounding as confused as he could be. It would take time for Dumbledore's fall from grace, and they needed to not tip him off.

"Married?" Dumbledore asked.

"Well, Luna asked me for my name, and my response was, 'Only if I could have yours.' She then cheered 'yes' before grabbing my hand and dragging me to the forest," Harry said.

"Harry, you got married to a Fae? I was not aware the Lovegoods had any Fae blood in them," Dumbledore said, a little dumbfounded.

"I mean, it can't be that bad. Maybe it is the power he knows not?" Harry asked.

"Did she tell you of the prophecy?" Dumbledore asked, shocked.

Harry smirked, realizing the chance he had. There was no way anyone would be dumb enough to go against a FAE.

"According to my lovely wife, she is going to tell me everything she deems important," Harry responded.

Fawkes chirped as Dumbledore's jaw dropped.

"Harry, the Fae are dangerous creatures. The fact that one showed up is worrying in and of itself," Dumbledore stated.

"I appreciate you warning my husband about my kind, Dumbledore, but rest assured I will keep him safe," a voice chimed from behind him, causing the old man to jump.

Dumbledore spun around and saw a pair of golden eyes staring directly into his, right into his soul.

"Luna Lovegood?" Dumbledore asked.

"That name works. I prefer just Luna, though," the girl responded.

"I have questions," Dumbledore said.

"And you expect me to answer? I am just here to make sure that my husband isn't late to class," Luna stated.

"Am I missing breakfast?" Harry asked.

"Not if we hurry," Luna responded.

===

McGonagall was giving out schedules when she came across Luna and Harry. The two had disappeared the previous night, and it was good they were back safe and sound.

"Luna, Harry, detention after class tonight. Meet me in my office," the strict Scottish woman said.

"Of course, sorry, Professor, just family problems," Luna stated.

"Family problems required both you and Harry Potter?" McGonagall asked.

"Yes, we got married by accident," Harry responded.

Ginny, who was sitting across from the two, squeaked in shock and indignation. Everyone in the Great Hall went silent.

"I'm sorry, what?" McGonagall asked.

"So, I asked Harry if I could have his name. Harry responded only if he could have mine. I kinda misunderstood and cheered 'yes' because I thought he was proposing, and I always wanted to get married," Luna stated.

"And magic recognized that?" the professor asked, dumbfounded.

"It turns out I have a bit of Fae blood," Luna responded with a wry smile as everyone else suddenly looked at the blonde with a large amount of distrust.

"She's got to be a changeling, that's the only thing that makes sense," Ginny muttered.

"The Fae are real?" Hermione whispered to Ron, who was paused mid-bite into his breakfast.

"The goblins are technically Fae, along with the house elves," Ron answered, dumbfounded.

Luna looked at her schedule and sighed. Defense Against the Dark Arts was first today.

===

Gilderoy Lockhart strutted into the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom, his bright, peacock-blue robes swirling around him and a dazzling smile fixed on his face. The first-year students, many of whom were already whispering excitedly, fell silent as he approached the front of the room.

"Good morning, class!" Lockhart said, his voice cheerful and confident. "I am Gilderoy Lockhart, your Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. Some of you may already know me from my best-selling books. For those who don't, don't worry—you'll get to know me very well indeed."

He winked, causing a few students to giggle. With a flourish, he produced a stack of his books, each one emblazoned with his picture and a title boasting of his many supposed adventures.

"Today, we'll be learning about one of my more thrilling escapades, which I've chronicled in my book, 'Gadding with Ghouls.' Now, who here can tell me what a ghoul is?"

Luna's hand shot up.

"Miss Lovegood," Lockhart called.

"I just wish for clarification. Which ghouls are we referring to? The standard undead, the thralls of vampires, or the squibs of Hiroshima and Nagasaki?" Luna asked.

"Uh, there's a difference?" Lockhart stammered.

Thank goodness that the class was over. Lockhart didn't even know about the different types of ghouls.

"Harry is busy… I kinda want to see the Thestrals, so, to Hagrid's hut," Luna said as she turned a sharp right directly into a wall, walking through it.

"LUNA!" Ginny shouted, seeing Luna just disappear.

Luna, hearing the shout, just smiled as her perfect night vision allowed her to sprint down the dark secret passage.

Luna had made it outside to the Forbidden Forest, her feet barely making a sound on the soft earth as she moved deeper into the shadows. The forest was thick with ancient trees, their gnarled branches stretching overhead like skeletal hands. Despite the eerie atmosphere, Luna felt at ease, her golden eyes reflecting the faint light filtering through the canopy.

She had always been drawn to the forest, the night, and of course the moon. Her name was Luna, after all.

"Buck, the thirst is bothering me so much right now," Luna muttered as her eyes glowed a malicious red for a moment. She could feel the hunger gnawing at her, a constant reminder of her vampiric nature.

The sun was just past its highest point in the sky, and Luna had paused to gather her thoughts. She felt a strange sensation, a tingling in the back of her mind that made her turn around. What she saw made her gasp in shock.

"BUCK! WHAT THE FUCK! Wait, no, there is no way," Luna thought in panic as she turned around to see both Unicorns and Thestrals bowing down to her.

The sight was surreal. Unicorns, creatures of purity and light, and Thestrals, often associated with death and darkness, were united in bowing down for her. Luna took a deep breath, trying to calm her racing heart.

This had confirmed it, what was she to do? "I'm Princess Luna…" The blonde girl whispers to herself in utter shock, it all makes sense now. The Dream walking, her weird connection to the moon.

Then the cackling began, worried about her mortal body, hell if she was right then she was a demigod if not a fullfledge godling.

Could she even get to… Nope, some weird field repelled her but by the time she graduates from hogwarts, the answer should be yes.

"Well I can guess as to what my animagus form will be." Luna mutters as her tongue touches the mandrake leaf at the top of her mouth.

"Uh mother I think something might be wrong with the princess." One of the younger unicorns mutters.

"My lovely subjects… why are you here?" Luna asks doing her best not to squeal since she could understand them.

Since equestria exists in the local pocket of worlds then all of these ponies should be there… not here.

"Our ancestors were banished for following Nightmare Moon." A thestral states

"That simply won't do. Gather as many of your brethren as you can, I might still not be able to go… home however I'm sure with my husband's help we can get you all there." Luna states with a smile.

=================

Harry was falling asleep at his desk in charms while Hermoine looked at him angrily from across the room.

Flitwick was going on giving his unusual first-day year two lecture when suddenly the door opened.

"Ah Miss Lovegood, I understand that it is your free period however I must ask you to not disturbe other classes.

Harry looks up to see Luna smiling at him.

"I understand professor however I need to speak with my husband." Luna responds with a smile.

Harry sighed to himself this little gremlin loved causing chaos, first making Dumbledore think she was fae and now this.

"Husband? Miss Lovegood, You are too young to marry." Flitwick answers.

"Not according to magic nor Greengotts," Luna replies with a smile.

Harry stands up and in a blink and you'll miss it the moment he was across the room holding Luna's hand.

Even Luna herself had barely managed to hold in her hock from Harry, that was pure physical movement speed, not appration, not teleportation. He just dashed across the room open air and all`

"Luna, Dear, could you stop causing so much trouble?" Harry asks internally smirking her kind of chaos was fun.

Said blond girl pouted while looking up at him. "Do I have to? I just want everyone to know that we are married husband." Luna mock whispers, loud enough for all the students nearby to hear.

"You already did that at breakfast," Harry states rather plainly.

"I like this, you are the straight man to my comedy act." Luna states with a smile.

Flitwick cleared his throat, clearly trying to regain control of his class. "Very well, Miss Lovegood, Mr. Potter. As long as this matter is settled, please take your seats. We were just about to begin a practical exercise."

Harry nodded, guiding Luna to an empty desk next to his. He could feel the eyes of their classmates on them, some curious, some envious, and a few, like Hermione, clearly disapproving. As they sat down, Harry leaned in and whispered, "What did you need to talk to me about, Luna?"

Luna's eyes sparkled with excitement. "I've just come across some stuff that i absolutely must show you… I think you will find it rather interesting."

Harry leans back and sighs. "So much so fast? We have forever you know."

"Yeah… I just want a running start." Luna responds.

"Luna there is plenty to do in the castle," Harry responds

Luna freezes and seems to look of nowhere in the distance.

"Why did you not tell me? Mr I read the entire library twice instead of having a regular hogwarts life." Luna snips back with a smirk.

Harry looks at the blonde "You can control it?"

"Of course, I can husband it would be kinda useless if I couldn't. Also, there is a lot more to hogwarts than you would believe." Luna says her eyes glazed over.

"Luna, just what do you know?" Harry asks

Luna just smiles in response.

Luna and Harry spent the day quietly in each other's company. Despite the whispers and curious glances from their classmates, they found comfort in being together, navigating their new reality as a married couple. Luna joined Harry for a few of his second-year classes, her presence a curious but welcomed distraction for many students, especially in the more boring classes. Harry, in turn, accompanied Luna to her first-year Transfiguration class, his advanced knowledge and skill allowed him to help her through the lessons. Not that she really needed it.

It was during Transfiguration that Professor McGonagall asked them to stay behind after class. The other students filtered out, leaving Harry and Luna standing at the front of the room. McGonagall, seated at her desk, looked at them over the rims of her glasses, her expression as stern as ever.

"I applaud you two for remaining," McGonagall began her tone firm but not unkind. "And while I have you here, you shall be going over Transfiguration with me for your punishment because you snuck out last night. I was very worried you know."

Harry and Luna exchanged a glance but didn't protest. They knew better than to argue with McGonagall, and besides, they both respected her deeply.

"You've both been through a lot," McGonagall continued, her eyes softening slightly as she looked at them. "But that doesn't mean you can neglect your studies. If anything, you need to be more diligent. Magic has bound you together if the rumors are to be believed. And that carries responsibilities."

"Yes, Professor," Harry said, nodding in agreement. While in truth he felt calm around Luna, maybe if he slept with her tonight he wouldnt have those weird nightmares.

"Of course, Professor," Luna echoed, her usual dreamy smile replaced by a look of determination.

"Good, so if you could please read the first chapter in this book," McGonagall states as she flicks her wand and two books come flying out as books land on the desk.

Animato Animagus…

"Uh what gave it away professor?" Luna asks

"I could smell the mandrake leaf while I was in my Animagus form," McGonagall replied with a knowing smile.

Luna blinked in surprise, then chuckled.

"So did you know that my parents and the rest of the Muraders were as well?" Harry asks

McGonagall's expression softened, a hint of nostalgia creeping into her eyes. "Yes, I was aware," she said, her voice gentle. "Your father, Harry, and his friends were quite talented—though they were also quite reckless.

"That is why you are both going to be studying, no mistakes," McGonagall states.

===

Luna was exploring the dream space in the castle the dream world was always vast, and as she walked deeper into the dream world, she saw a glowing blood red moon hanging low in the sky. The sole source of light casting an eerie light over everything it touched. while she was looking at the doors that lead to the dreams of all of the students teachers and beyond her smaller reach she could see pleanty of gates.

Although one stood out, it played music which was weird enough but even crazier was the style of said gate… It was a Doom Gate.

The thing was even playing the song at DOOM's GATE. The classic one too not the Mick Gordon one… actually it would technecially be modern wouldn't it.

"eh, just a peak shouldn't hurt." Luna mutters to herself as she heads inside.

==================

Heading inside was a mistake, if one had played the game then it would be known that Ardent energy was soul magic… Much like dream walking, this was literally hell and not a dream.

She had been exploring the place for what felt like days and unfortunately since it was not really a dream she could not diapers the demons like she could nightmares. Luckily she still had her magic and her new Revonant combat instincts were coming in well.

Luna roared in anger as the demon with the bladed arms lifted her into the air via her impaled stomach and left shoulder.

The demon of course roared in response only to catch a queen slayer blade to its neck tissue its head flying free as it bled like a guiser and the magic-rich demon blood tasted divine to Luna.

She smirked her wounds healed visibly fast. Her prestigious white prayer shawl was dyed in blood and it felt amazing…

Rolling to the left she dodged a Maurders axe, to think they would seen these things at her. The demon came at her again dashing straight at her, and Luna screamed in anger as she tore in half. Completely ignoring the shield. Suddenly the entire ground shook violently as the literal Icon of Sin lumberd past. A giant green bolt chasing behind it. Green Lightning coming off of it killing demons all around.

"Slayer!" Luna shouted, her voice echoing in the desolate landscape. There was another human here, and if anyone had a way out, it was the Slayer.

With a quick Apparition, Luna moved toward the source of the magic she could feel pulsing through the air. It felt oddly familiar, almost like a distant memory trying to resurface. She needed to find the Slayer—and fast—if she was to escape this nightmare.

There, standing amidst the wreckage of countless demons, was Harry Potter. But he wasn't the Harry she knew from Hogwarts. This Harry was clad in heavy, rune-inscribed armor, his eyes glowing with an intense green light. He held a massive, bloodstained weapon—a cross between a sword and a gun—in one hand, and his face was a mask of unyielding determination.

"Harry?" Luna called out, her voice trembling slightly.

Harry turned toward her, the green glow in his eyes dimming for a moment as he recognized her. "Luna? How are you in my dream?"

Luna stepped closer, her eyes wide as she took in the sight of him. "This… this isn't just a dream, Harry. I was exploring the dreamscape, but this place—it's something else entirely. I could feel it drawing me in."

Harry frowned, glancing around at the desolate, hellish landscape. "You know that makes some sense. The other day I accidentally dashed to you like how I can move around in this dream."

Luna tilted her head, her expression thoughtful. "You mean that incredible burst of speed? I thought that was just a reaction from your training. An the whole timeline thing, But if it's connected to this…"

Harry nodded, his brow furrowed as he considered the implications. "I've been coming here in my dreams for a about a century or two now, fighting these… things," he gestured to the demonic carcasses littered around them. "It's like I ever so slightly stronger with each one I kill."

"Master of Death thing?" Luna asks already knowing the answer.

"No, here I am called the Slayer," Harry responded, the weight of the title evident in his voice.

Luna's eyes narrowed slightly in thought. "Do you have a way home?"

Harry hesitated, his gaze drifting to the blood-soaked ground beneath his feet. The weight of countless battles, the endless cycle of violence, and the relentless pull of this hellish realm all pressed down on him. "It's… complicated," he began, but before he could elaborate, the ground beneath them started to tremble violently.

The demonic landscape around them began to blur, the sharp edges of reality warping and twisting as if the very fabric of the world was being torn apart. Luna's eyes widened in alarm, her heart pounding as the oppressive heat of the place intensified. She reached out for Harry, but before she could touch him, everything shattered like glass.

Luna shot up in bed, her breath coming in rapid gasps as she threw off her blankets. The dim light of early morning filtered through the curtains, casting long shadows across her dorm room. She glanced at the clock on her bedside table: 4:30 a.m.

Her heart was still racing, her skin damp with sweat.

THAT WAS NOT A DREAM.

Harry Potter woke up, the lingering echoes of his dreams of hell having long since ceased to faze him. The vivid memories of the battles, the demons, and the relentless struggle for survival had become a familiar, if not unsettling, part of his nightly routine. But this morning, as he lay in bed staring at the ceiling, something different stirred within him.

"I wonder?" he asked himself aloud, and almost instinctively, a double-barreled shotgun materialized in his hands, the cold metal familiar and oddly comforting.

"Oh?" he murmured. He turned it over in his hands, the weight of it was real… This is new.

Being several centuries old you learned to roll with it when stuff like this happened, it made for some entertainment.

===

Harry Sat down in the common room watching the fire burn as he was left alone with his thoughts. The early morning finally starting to set agin.

'So, Luna… What exactly is she again? She tried to explain last but… Her words were jumbled at best and being a seer made her insanely cryptic due to how she views the world… Much like many seer's he's met before and read about in the Black Library.'

=

Last night, before bed, Harry and Luna found themselves in the Room of Requirement. The room, as always, had transformed to suit their needs, creating a cozy space for them to just relax in. For some reason, just having Luna near him made him feel better. Was it because she swore herself to him and his cause or the fact that magic would not allow them to betray each other? Harry didn't know which was true, but whatever it was, it all worked out rather well.

"Harry, I have something to tell you," Luna said suddenly as they sat in front of the fireplace.

Those words mean he immediately put up a sound based modifcation of the notice me not charm.

"Is it about being able to talk to Unicorns and Thestrals again?" Harry asked, still having trouble wrapping his head around it.

"I am Luna Lovegood, I am also Princess Luna semi-goddess of the moon and night at least according to my subjects," Luna stated, feeling a bit weird acknowledging it especially since she didn't have Luna's memories yet. She should probably start looking for them.

"Okay, ignoring the fact that I don't know what an alicorn is, what was that whole blood red spike which had impaled you and turned your eyes gold along with giving you those fangs? You are like a vampire," Harry said flatly, a little annoyed she would lie to him.

"Luna." Harry began only to be cut off I'm an alicorn," Luna muttered probably just realzing the weight of that statement herself, voice soft but steady. "Alicorns are... well, they are ponies of immense magical power, often associated with certain concepts much like how the gods have their Divine domain. An alicorn is basically a goddess from the land of magical ponies. In my case, the moon and the night. An I am also a Revenant which makes me a fully immortal virus in the shape of a human... To be honest, he whole princess of the night thing I found out about literally earlier today... If I had known I probably would've just not gone through with the transformation to become a Revenant if I had realized the signs earlier."

Harry looked at her, trying to process what she was saying. "So, you're like… a pony goddess?"

Luna shrugged slightly. "I guess you could say that, though I'm still getting used to the idea. It's a lot to take in."

Harry nodded slowly. "And the whole vampire-like thing, the blood-red spike and the golden eyes—those are connected to this Revenant thing?"

"Yes," Luna confirmed. "Revenants are a bit like vampires, truth is if you were to blow off my head I would disappear and come back at a mistle... I actually need to make one." Luna mutters, starting to trail off.

"Okay, so demigoddess who also happens to be immortal does that happen to make you any different from how you have been?" Harry asked trying to get her back on track.

"I drank willingly given unicorn blood earlier," Luna admitted sheepishly.

"Okay... you didn't really answer my question," Harry stated, pulling the shorter Luna into his lap.

"I suppose not, at least for now, at some point I might get some older memories and I can't exactly tell you how that will affect me," Luna answered shyly.

Harry stilled before pulling Luna even closer. "Will it change our relationship?" he asked.

"I don't know," Luna admitted, looking down at the fire in front of them. "It's hard to say for sure. I guess it depends on how I feel about myself and my new abilities."

Harry nodded slowly, understanding her hesitation. He had always been drawn to strong women, but now that Luna was even more powerful than he could have imagined, he couldn't help but wonder if their relationship would be able to withstand the challenges that lay ahead.

"I don't know what the future holds," Harry said finally, breaking the silence between them. "But I do know one thing—no matter what happens, I will always be here for you."

Luna looked up at him, her eyes shining in gratitude. "Thank you, Harry," she whispered softly.

"So, land of magical ponies? What was it called again?" Harry asks as he cuddles Luna in the common room.

"Equestria… Right you should be good to drop the field now." Luna mutters

=================

Luna lay in bed sitting up for a good solid 20 minutes before she slowly got out and made her way over to her dresser. She really needed a shower.

Once her morning routine was done Luna quickly made her way to the Gryffindor common room where she found Harry sitting on the couch, lost in thought. Without hesitation, Luna approached him and wrapped her arms around him in a tight embrace.

"Harry!" Luna exclaimed, her voice full of relief and joy.

Harry looked up at her, a small smile tugging at his lips. "Hey, Luna. I had a rather interesting dream last night," he began, his tone light despite the weight of his words.

Luna gazed up at him, her expression softening before she leaned in to kiss his cheek. "What a horrible way to start talking about last night," she teased, trying to bring some levity to the situation.

Harry chuckled, appreciating her attempt to lighten the mood. "Can you blame me? It's been a nightmare for… well, a really, really long time."

Luna shook her head, a knowing look in her eyes. "I bet, especially if you started at the beginning. Though I completely blame the Khan Maykr for all of that mess. But we can address all of that later. At any point in your dream, did you end up on an alternate version of Earth?"

Harry shook his head, his brow furrowing slightly. "Nope, I was in that hellscape the whole time. Although I was surprised not to see any devils."

Luna gave him a gentle smile. "Dear, devils live in the underworld along with the fallen angels. That was literal hell, which should've been sealed. I have absolutely no clue how you ended up there, in a dream no less."

Harry nodded thoughtfully. "Right… So, breakfast? And are we attending classes together again today?"

"I would love to, although… did you manage to find anything out about Equestria?" Luna asked, her curiosity piqued.

"Just a book of fairy tales. Nothing too overly interesting. I'm sure we can find a way to get the unicorns and Thestrals home, though," Harry reassured her.

Luna nodded in agreement. "I still need to take you to meet them."

"We also need to get me a Mandrake leaf," Harry added, but before he could finish his thought, Luna's eyes seemed to unfocus, her golden gaze drifting off into the distance.

Harry barely had time to ponder what she was seeing before Luna suddenly snapped back to reality, a cheer erupting from her as she exclaimed, "YES!"

The barely awake students in the common room turned to look at the pair, their curiosity momentarily piqued before they returned to their morning routines, shuffling about like tired zombies.

"What's with the cheer?" Harry asked, amused by Luna's excitement.

"We're going to have a lightning storm in northern Scotland tonight," Luna replied with a smirk.

"I guess we won't be going to see our subjects tonight then?" Harry inquired, playing along with her enthusiasm.

"Our subjects?" Luna echoed, tilting her head in curiosity.

"Actually, as your husband, does that make me a prince?" Harry asked with a teasing grin.

"Uh, technically yes," Luna admitted, a slight blush creeping up her cheeks. "Um, could we come back to this topic? Maybe not discuss it in the common room?"

"I didn't start it," Harry responded with a chuckle.

Luna gave him a playful glare, but her smile betrayed her amusement. "Let's just get through the day, and we can talk about all of this later, okay?"

"Deal, no taksies backsies." , Harry agreed, pulling her closer as they both relaxed, finding comfort in each other's presence awaiting for breakfast to start early in the morning.

Luna and Harry were the first to arrive for breakfast. An the two ate in silence eating breakfast as other students drowsily made their way in.

Luna suddenly set her spoon down in her oatmeal looking up at Harry who was enjoying an burnt English muffin with jam "I am not gonna ask you to join me for my irs year classes. I know that having done this so many times the classes must be an utter bore." Luna states

"Oh right you have early morning potions, I guess you can find me in the lobby when you are done. Is it the two hour lab or the 1 hour lecture?" Harry asks

"It's the lab so is probably going to be lab saftey." Luna answers

Harry nods, "I shouldn't have to ask." Harry starts only to be cut of."yes I did read a head." Luna stated in a drawl.

"I wonder when you found the time to do that? Anyways good job." Harr states with a nod

Luna smiles in response "Right? Although I can not possibly blame you for wanting to sit through an extra potions class. I mean Snape was responsible for your parent's deaths afterall."

Harry stalls for a moment, "I had forgotten about that"

"Huh? Well its obvious you had plans for today, I'll just try my best to make his life hell anyways." Luna answers looking off into the distance.

"Astronomy Tower tonight?" Harry asks

"Of course, I'll have my house elf bring the potion then." Luna answers and as the two had walked the great hall had gone from empty to near full as tired students tried to get in for breakfast before classes.

"Well, you should probably go now if you wish to make it in time." Harry mutters obviously sad to see luna go.

"Right, have fun in the libaray." Luna replies getting up and walking out of the now bussling great hall. Thank goodness they started on a Wednesday day, it meant the weekend would come sooner… She need to focus her sight in order to try an stop whatever political bullshit Albus is going to cause.

=========================

As Harry Potter watched Luna hurry out of the Great Hall, leaving him behind to finish his breakfast in silence, he couldn't help but feel a sense of sadness wash over him. Where these emotions real or induced by magic? Probably the second one yet Luna was the one who got away in the 4th go aruond, and it was hard for him to let go of that feeling when she left all the way back then.

But Luna now? Harry knew that she was different, very different. I mean he always knew she was a bit out there and likely a seer. If she actually had Fae blood it would not suprise him one bit. She didnt even need to focus on her studies if what Luna said is true she is probably years ahead. And with Snape as her teacher for the next class, she was probably gonna give him hell.

Harry chuckled as he finished off his English muffin with jam, he couldn't help but think about how much Luna had changed since they first met on the train to Hogwarts. She was once a shy and timid girl who struggled to find her place in the magical world. But that was another life…

"I wonder what I did to cause her to change like that?" Harry mutters as owls suddenly flood the great hall dropping off mail.

Harry knew that he had a lot of research ahead of him if he wanted to find out anything about this Equestria.

"Hey Harry," Ron said, trying to join him for breakfast.

Harry got up quickly, "Sorry Ron, I have something I need to research." He walked away rather briskly, leaving Ron behind.

The day had only just begun, but Harry knew that the answers he sought were waiting for him, hidden somewhere in the vast knowledge of the Hogwarts library.

========

The Hogwarts library was a vast labyrinth of knowledge, its towering shelves filled with countless books, scrolls, and ancient texts. Harry knew this place well; it had been his refuge more times than he could count. But today, he wasn't here to wander through the familiar aisles or lose himself in old tomes. He had a specific purpose,

His footsteps were quick and purposeful as he made his way toward the card cabinet—a massive, old piece of furniture that stood silent. Mostly because only the librarian knew how to use it. So naturally Harry took the time to figure it out on go around two.

Harry reached the cabinet, his fingers brushing over the smooth, polished wood. He pulled open a drawer labeled "E-G," his heart beating a little faster as he started flipping through the cards. The names of countless books passed by his eyes: Enchantments of the Eastern Isles, Elements of Transfiguration, Eldritch Runes—but nothing that seemed remotely connected to Equestria.

He slowed his pace, his concentration sharpening as he searched for anything that might point him in the right direction. After a few tense minutes, his hand stilled on a card titled The Chronicles of Equestria. His breath caught as he read the description:

"An ancient text detailing the myths, legends, and history of Equestria, a mysterious and powerful land tied to celestial beings. Location: Magical Mythology Section, Row 17, Shelf 3, Section B."

Harry's eyes widened. This was it just one book and it was considered mythology? Harry paused to look up and see the vast expanse of the library. "Really? That's it?" Harry mutters walking towards said section.

Row 17 came into view, and Harry slowed his pace, scanning the spines of the books as he approached Shelf 3. His eyes darted across the titles: The Legends of Avalon, The Lost Prophecies of Atlantis, The Tales of the Fae—all works of legend, myth, and ancient lore. But none of them were what he was looking for.

Finally, his gaze landed on it—The Chronicles of Equestria. The book was large and bound in dark leather, its cover embossed with silver lettering that had faded with age. It looked ancient and there it was just down the isle at a wooden table but what truly caught him off guard wasn't the book itself—it was the person holding it.

Daphne Greengrass.

She was seated in a quiet corner of the Magical Mythology section, the dim light casting a soft glow over her blonde hair as she gently turned the book's pages. But to Harry, the sight of her was heart wrenching. Daphne Greengrass was not just another Slytherin student to him. She was his wife—at least, she had been in timeline five, a life that now felt like a distant memory.

Professor Snape stood at the front of the Potions classroom, his black robes billowing around him as he paced. His sharp gaze swept over the students gathered before him, and a hush fell upon them. "Today," he began in his deep voice, "we will be discussing lab safety." He paused to let that sink in before continuing, "Potions can be dangerous if not handled correctly, so it is of utmost importance that you all pay attention during this lesson."

Snape's gaze settled on Luna Lovegood for a moment before moving on. "Class," he said sternly, his voice echoing through the room, "I must warn you now: do not ask questions until after I have finished speaking and no asking irrelevant or stupid questions." The class looked at Luna slightly confused before surugging it off as Snapes hatred of Gryphindoors. .

Luna raised her hand, seeming almost uncaring of the dungeon bat's sensibilities, as she sought permission to speak despite the warning. Snape looked at her disapprovingly but called upon her nonetheless. "Yes, Miss Lovegood?" he asked begrudgingly.

"What happens if one accidentally asks a stupid question?" Luna asks a rather smug grin on her face.

Snape's eyes narrowed as he glared at Luna, but before he could respond, another student raised their hand. "Professor," the student said, trying to redirect the attention away from Luna. "What should we do if a potion spills on the floor?"

With a deep breath, Snape composed himself "Okay, new rule no questions." Snape states

With a deep breath, Professor Snape composed himself and addressed the class. "If a potion spills on the floor," he said sternly, "it is essential that you report the incident immediately to your professor or teaching assistant." He paused for a moment before adding, "Do not attempt to clean up the spill yourself. The consequences of mixing certain potions can be disastrous and potentially dangerous."

Snape's gaze swept over the class, ensuring they were all paying attention. "Now," he continued, "as for your previous question, Miss Lovegood..." He paused, taking a moment to collect himself before continuing. "While there is no official punishment for asking a stupid question, I must remind you that our time in this classroom is valuable. Please try to think carefully before speaking."

He looked around the room, making eye contact with each student as he said, "Now let's move on and focus on today's lesson about lab safety. Remember, your well-being and the well-being of those around you are our top priorities in this class."

Snape picked up a vial of potion from the table and held it up for the class to see. "This," he said, his voice echoing through the room, "is a simple infusion of Mandrakes and Wolfsbane. It may seem harmless enough, but if not prepared or handled correctly, it can have devastating consequences."

He set the vial down on the table and walked around to demonstrate proper potion-making techniques. "Always ensure that you have a clear workspace," he said as he arranged his ingredients methodically. "Keep your wand hand free from obstruction and maintain focus throughout the entire process."

Snape demonstrated how to mix the potions, carefully measuring each ingredient and stirring the mixture at specific intervals. "Never rush when brewing potions," he warned. "Take your time and be precise in your movements. A single misstep can lead to disastrous results."

He then moved on to discussing safety precautions. "Always wear protective gear, such as gloves and goggles, while working with potions," Snape instructed. "And never taste a incomplete potion unless you are absolutely certain of its contents and how it reacts with its reagents and reactants."

Snape continued his lecture on lab safety by explaining the importance of proper storage and disposal methods for potions. "Never leave your potions or cauldrons unattended, especially if they are still in progress," he said sternly. "And always dispose of unused or expired potions according to the guidelines provided in your text books. If it there is anything unclear please ask me. Just know that I will be very cross with any one of you if you do not pay attention in the lecture portion and proceed to make mistakes in the lab."

He looked around the room one last time before summarizing his points. "Remember, Hogwarts is the safest school in the world," Snape said. "It did not get that way alone following these guidelines and respecting the power of magic, you can ensure a safe environment for everyone in this classroom."

Luna just sits back with a small smile this entire thing was different from the books but it was nice because potions was being more treated as a chemistry class rather than snape ranting about his mastery in potions… Maybe he just hated harry that much.

===================================

Harry walked up to the blonde ,"Daphne Greengrass." Harry states bluntly

"Potter," she greeted him coolly, the tone typical of a Slytherin, yet lacking the venom he often expected from others in her house. There was a hint of curiosity in her voice, though—perhaps even a trace of warmth.

"Greengrass," Harry replied, his voice steady despite his mind already running a million miles an hour if luna was different she may be too. He glanced at the book in her hands. "I see you've found the one book in this entire library that talks about Equestria."

Daphne's lips curved into a small, knowing smile. "You're looking into it too, I assume?" She tilted her head slightly, as if considering him. "Interesting. Why are you looking for Equestria"

"Looking for a fairy tale?" Harry asks intrigued. Of course he was looking for it but it was probably better for everyone to assume it was fake.

Daphne's eyes narrowed slightly at Harry's question, her expression unreadable. She held the book a little closer, as if weighing his words carefully. "Fairy tale?" she repeated, her tone carrying a hint of skepticism. "You're the one who came all the way to this dusty corner of the library, Potter. Doesn't seem like the kind of thing you'd do for a simple "fairy tale"."

Harry shrugged, trying to keep his tone casual despite the intensity of his curiosity. "Sometimes the old stories hold more truth than people realize. But it's just as likely to be another collection of myths. Thought it might be worth a look."

Daphne studied him for a moment, her gaze sharp. "Maybe. Or maybe you know something I don't." She glanced down at the book, her fingers tracing the faded silver lettering on the cover. "The Chronicles of Equestria," she said softly.

Harry watched her carefully. There was something about the way she was acting, She was digging for something, just like him. But why? What did Daphne Greengrass know about Equestria, and why was she interested in it? That had never happened in the previous timelines.

"What's your interest in it?" he asked, leaning forward slightly. He wasn't sure if pushing her for answers was the best approach, but she did always tend to like straight foward questions and answers.

"I'm not sure I'm going to share," Daphne said, a playful smile tugging at her lips. "And I think I'll be keeping the book for myself."

Daphne's smile grew more mischievous as she leaned forward, closing the distance between them. "You know, Potter," she began, her voice smooth and teasing, "I've always heard you're good at solving mysteries. So how about you solve this one first?" She paused, letting her words hang in the air before continuing. "Why am I looking into Equestria?"

Before Harry could respond, Daphne turned on her heel and began to walk away, swaying her hips just enough to catch his attention. She glanced back over her shoulder, her eyes twinkling with challenge and amusement. "Figure that out," she called back, her voice lilting, "and maybe I'll let you have the book."

Harry groaned internally he could take a good guess and he was going to have to before she left if he wanted that book.

"Greengrass family blood curse, and your younger sister Astoria." Harry calls out after her causing the blonde to pause fully.

Daphne froze mid-step, her playful demeanor slipping for just a fraction of a second as Harry's words hung in the air. Slowly, she turned back to face him, her expression carefully composed, but her eyes betraying a flicker of surprise—and perhaps something deeper.

"That's quite the guess, Potter," she said, her voice steady, and wand already leveled at him.

Daphne's eyes narrowed as she studied him. "How do you know about the curse?" she asked, her voice laced with suspicion and curiosity.

Harry simply shrugged, trying to maintain a casual demeanor. "I've been around long enough to pick up on things," he replied, keeping his tone neutral. "Some secrets aren't as well-guarded as people think."

Daphne's eyes flashed with a mix of anger and determination. "It was Luna, wasn't it? Guess what, Potter," she practically spat, her voice edged with bitterness.

Harry frowned, unsure of where this sudden hostility was coming from. "What?" he asked, trying to keep his tone even.

"You and your wife are missing dinner tonight," Daphne declared, her tone leaving no room for argument. "Empty classroom on the third floor—the same one that Cerberus was in last year. You're meeting me there with her, no exceptions."

Harry's brows furrowed, realizing that whatever Daphne had in mind, it wasn't going to be a simple conversation. But before he could respond, she turned on her heel and walked away, leaving him standing there with the ancient book in his hands and a sinking feeling in his chest.

This wasn't just about the book or the curse anymore.

"What in the fuck did I stumble upon? Curse my Potter luck." Harry states leaving the library with the book.
