"So this is the plan". Allen started now talking at a group of man, telling his dark plan. "She goes back to her condominium every 6:00 in the evening, she takes the same street every day,...end of the month, that's when we are going to kidnap her".
SATURDAY
Saturday came in a flicker of an eye and Lexi was there back into Valeria's arms.
"Oh! You are back". A warm embrace from Valeria's parents welcome her. "How are you? We haven't been able to talk to you last week...well you know we are busy with the farm".
"It is fine auntie". Lexi take a look and she's not satisfied as she cannot track where Valeria was.
"She's in the upper story". A bright look was drawn on Lexi's face.
She nodded and carefully walk upstairs. She slid the door open at first she hesitate in entering the room, simply taking look at Valeria.
Then, with a quiet affection she slowly approach the bed.
Glancing at Valeria, she whispered. "Morning". Her lips almost touched Valeria's
Valeria groans, stretching her arms,blinking her eyes open, momentarily dazed but as her eyes landed on Lexi, her cheeks were dimple into a wide smile.
"You are back early". Valeria implied.
Lexi then sink into the mattress where Valeria was. She shove into Valeria's chest. It bombshell Valeria that she cannot even talk.
"Let me rest her, I have long for you in so long".
Rather than pushing Lexi away, Valeria hold her tightly in her arms. Just like that, world melts away, affection is the only thing you can feel between them.
On the far side there was Erika.
The roadway was occupied. Plod by walker and a flux. But among those car was her. Trailing Lauren.
But as just Erika pressume that she was managing to stay unconspicuous, the car that Lauren was in suddenly slow down.
In a panic Erika just asked herself. "Did she notice me?".
Lauren spin her car around now facing Erika.
"Oh shit! I'm busted". Erika muttered.
A knock on her window shield made her anxious and as she rolls down her window, an arms crossed, unflattering expression of Lauren greeted her.
"Seriously?". Lauren wheeze.
Stillness echoed between them. You can feel the tension building up between the two.
"I was driving home". Erika fable.
Lauren almost die laughing. "Funny, your home is in the opposite direction".
Erika just gives off. "Fine, I was following you".Lauren laughs in an expression of disbelief. "I was just making sure that you get home safe".
Lauren scoff ". So instead of driving me home, you decided to follow me?". She pinched the bridge of her nose". I almost die in uneasiness
thinking Allen was the one following me, turns out it was you, what do you want huh? ". Lauren break out, her tears fall out of her eyes.
Instantly, Erika open her door and approach Lauren.
A moment passes two of them drive through the nearest restaurant, they address the problem.
" So what you were trying to tell me is that Allen has been stalking you?". Lauren agreed.
FLASHBACK
"Thank you for dropping me off tonight". Happily Lauren smile before entering her condominium unit.
She heard Erika's footsteps vanish into a thin air or so she thought. Lauren was about to go into her room when she heard a trash can slam on the door.
Certain that it was coming from her doorway, slowly she step forward from where it came. Peeking from the hole at her door, she stumbled on the ground.
"Allen..." It was him.
END OF FLASHBACK
Hearing the info Erika finally understood.
"But you should have told me earlier". She insisted.
"You have already done enough for me". Lauren sigh, a silence filled the room.
A moment pass before someone talks again.
"And I am willing to do everything for you". Her eyes filled with dejection.
"I really am okay Erika". Lauren run along like nothing had happened parting with Erika who is now disregarded.
