Damon almost bowed before me as we approached him and I gestured him to not, reminding him that a Duke shouldn't just go ahead and bow before a Marquis of another kingdom.
"Welcome to Denril, Your Highness, Marquis Ocean." Damon said bowing to Davian and then looked at his wife and daughter who dipped in a graceful curtsy.
"It's an honor to receive you, Your Highness and Marquis Ryujin." Beatrice said.
I smiled, "The pleasure is all ours, I'm grateful that you accepted my request of letting us stay here before the ball."
"It's only natural for us to accept the request of Mr Ace's friend." Beatrice said with a polite smile while I could feel Anastasia stealing glances at me.
