His deep, steady breathing was the first clue.
"…he fell asleep." Kali blinked, surprised, looking down.
She instinctively adjusted her body, allowing Strax's head to rest more comfortably against her breasts without waking him. The weight didn't bother her; on the contrary, there was something strangely satisfying about that absolute confidence.
